  @ExcitelIndia Extremely disappointed with the service. My ticket (76287184) has been open for days with zero action. Daily calls only get me "wait 24 hours" responses. Even after talking to Ashish for 7 mins today, no resolution. Fix this or I’m moving back to @airtelindia .

  Really frustrated with Airtel WiFi service. Facing continuous issues with no proper resolution from your end. Even customer support has been unhelpful and unresponsive. This is not the level of service expected. Please look into this urgently.@airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

  @airtelindia Thora b sharm hain tumlogo mein tho ek call back arrange kardo mjhe tumhare sare service uninstall karne hain, and I must say you guys are the worst sevice provider in the market, I was using my mobile Airtel Connection since long but now I will port it so to jio.

  @airtelindia I paid for airtel wifi connection on 21st April 2026 with help of Mr anil mob 07204032338 after payment he keep postponing the installation saying no stock.And now he stopped picking my call as well. and further I am not able contact anyone. Pathetic service 😞
