    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence, the same issue happened yesterday and now again.What's the point of paying high Wi-Fi bills if a little rain disrupts the service? No technician has turned up n the assigned technician isn't answering my calls. Pls resolve this immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 15 days to disconnect after 3 valid requests (IDs 10981397913, 11034524189, 10989783895), each with an SMS promising 7 days. Router pickup (Req 11035104887) never happened. You owe . ~20 emails ignored. NCH docket 9772165. Acct 20010722545.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews New biz strategy from Airtel, I guess!Every month I face internet connectivity issues.The most frustrating part of outage, it’s the delay in resolving it. Poor customer service and repeated service interruptions are really disappointing.

    @airtelindia one of the worst service in wifi Monthly 10 their's no network reaching for years and every month facing the same issue and problem..no proper response from customer care and local ultra waste of money plans

    Been an Airtel BLACK customer for 5 years. My Wi-Fi keeps restarting on its own. It’s nearly impossible to reach a real support agent through all the AI, and when I finally do, nothing gets resolved. @airtelindia 1/2
