    @airtelindia the broadband service is down in Shriramnagar nagar , Aundh , Pune , the standard answer given is fibre cut & will be restored by 6.30 pm so people should cease to work till that time ? Airtel sucks !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer experience with Airtel in Bangalore. Despite being a "Airtel Black" customer and the supposed benefits with it, No customer support from the side of Airtel to fix customer issues. All Customer agents do is make fake promises.

    From the last 5 days, every 2 hours, the agents promise technician visit or callback, none of these have been upheld. No Proper explanation on bills. Just shambolic service and cheating the customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    2.. team 3 months once but still they have planning to setup to my location!! Worst case was they have they setup excatly 800m from my location for past 1 year .. but still I am not getting it for my home !! I have been reaching u many times @airtelindia
