Hey @airtelindia can you stop harassing my parents with your customer support system? You start a plan without asking, charge 10k INR and talk abuse to people? Why do you not inform customers before changing their plans? Is that how you get profit to stay ahead of @reliancejio ?

Worst service ever, no internet connection..had to wait for 15 minutes for UPI payment in absence of internet in dwarka mor(Delhi). Will port it in next cycle. @airtelindia
