    @airtelindia the DTH service has gone down significantly.. u r only focused on selling new stb.I had replaced my stb twice, thrice in last 8 mnths, replaced d remote twice bt unable to have seamless tv viewing experience. Y do I need to pay because of cheap third class equipment?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . After flw up almost 4 days for my broadband connection shift with tckt-129829534 is still open. From Last two days with your customer care i am getting the false commitment to resolve the tckt “within24 hrs”. Kindly accelerate.

But no effective response even frm that end. V wr askd to wait till call is transferred to superior & they disconnected r call
