@airtelindia I raised a ticket 3 months back for extra billing on my postpaid family plan. But till now your team has not resolved issue, 6-7 times went to Airtel store, more than 10 times talked to customer care. What a great service, waoo. I think all are idiots into your company.

@airtelindia I have recently port my number to Airtel and absolutely disappointed with the services. Apparently, after informing customer care that previous operator bill is paid, I keep receiving message that service will be discontinued. Zero support from customer care.
