@airtelindia It's been 16 days I have recharged my Airtel Xtreme They have charged everything they could, resolution provider on call committed to assign a technical engineer by morning, and the same person reported at noon, rescheduled the meeting and never shown up

@airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel fibre plan n paid well in advance but still I do not see plan active. Talked to customer care n she asked to wait for 4 hours still no update or call back. Pathetic service.

@airtelindia horrible horrible experience with your international roaming services. I can’t stay on a call for more than 10 seconds and the call gets disconnected. This happens for all outgoing calls. Pathetic! #Airtel
