    @airtelindia DTH#3045878530-001 Connection start: 11-Aug. 5 days we are still waiting, no signal on DTH. No response on customer care, sales person (Manoj Pal) not entertaining us after taking money. Billing already started but services not available, who can help ??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is issue with my Broadband and am not getting internet. I raised a complaint which was supposed to get resolved today eve but engineer's visit automatically got rescheduled for 17th Aug. need internet for office work. need urgent support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Lodged a complaint for 'Internet not working'. Someone called twice to tell that engineer shall arrive. No one did. Then he called my to ask for OTP for postponement when I never asked. Got the msg that it is resolved when no body even turned up.

    @airtelindia There is a billing issue which i am raising on Airtel thanks app, it is getting closed without any actual resolution. First i was forced to port in to postpaid plan and then charges are levied which i was not informed by Airtel store executive.kindky resolve

    @airtelindia shows add stating they provide network in mountains and forest interesting part is there is no network in main cities if you raise a complaint they give out answers like its fixed or new tower coming in 1 month etc but never gets fixed
