    It's been more than 12 hours I am not able to use internet due to poor 5G service. There is no solution from CC. Airtel cannot componsate of missing usage days but they start begging to pay bills before it get generated. Begger telecom company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia My Wifi service has not been working for last three days & had been assigned under service order no 13893260490.There seem to be no one assigned. otherwise I will need to act as per the following:- - Cancel your Wi-Fi & move to other service provider - Ask for damage

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My data isn’t working properly since morning and even the Airtel app isn’t loading. Airtel WiFi service person who was supposed to come for WiFi installation didn’t come today either. Completely cut off from internet - this level of service is unacceptable! Please resolve this asap

    3/5 Every time I contact @Airtel_Presence customer care, I get false promises that a technician will visit within 24 hours. Weeks have passed, and no one has shown up. Unacceptable service for a premium broadband connection! @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @Satyawan8g Airtel has become such a bad company now. I recently ported my number to @airtelindia hoping better services but it's a nightmare. They doesn't enable VOLTE by default. Their customer support is useless. Their chatbot doesn't understand the issue and provide generic responses.

    I have purchased a airtel wifi connection and I am not able restrict selected device to access wifi by Airtel thanks app. Local person also not helping said call customer care, I checked but issue not solved. Please check and help. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
