    @airtelindia @airtelindia it's been a month since I registered a complaint for my fixed landline, no one till now resolved it. And also whenever I am raising a service request they are assigning a person to resolve but that person is closing the ticket without even resolving.

    @airtelindia, i took a connection and paid amount 4k and i cancelled after one day due to shift from my location. Amount is refunded rs1345 only.where is the remaining amount?.if i call to 121,it's not reaching to customer care.not able to raise the complaint as well.whattodo?
