    @airtelindia you are becoming the most worst interest service provider in rural areas. I continuously complain in care but no satisfying response. I switch on others. @Airtel_Presence I feel sorry to recharge your pack.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has the worst customer service and experience. Sirf paise khaane ko aata hai. Since years complained about multiple numbers and air fiber at one location toh lollipop de rahe hai sim nikalo yeh karo woh karo. WTH. Bevakoof samajh ke rajhe hai.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4) Now I am calling him and putting messages but he is not picking the call and not replying to messages as well. I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.

    @airtelindia Stuck on multiple back to back calls to Airtel Customer Care to cancel my Wifi Account. Which was without my consent converted from disconnection request to a "Safe Custody" Can anyone help? #airtel Bad customer service!!! AI Agent that wastes time..

    Not just that, there is only option to top up or recharge. I can’t remove the channels which I have and on top of this, can’t able to reach customer care representative at all. It’s all just voice recording @airtelindia
