    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst broadband support experience. Customer care says engineer will fix CGNAT/Open NAT issue, engineer says customer care will do it. Nobody understands basic networking. Now your technicians stopped answering calls. Completely anti-consumer.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down in Aya Nagar, New Delhi (Pin 110047) since yesterday. Your chatbot keeps looping and isn’t even generating a complaint number. Extremely poor support experience. Please fix this urgently.

    Even crossing 72 working hours still it is not credited and now @airtelindia server down. Its more than 7+ days your service off at my location.
