@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Hi, I have recharged my mobile number on 11 Jan 2023 through cred app. Cred app confirmed that this recharge is successful at their end. But my number not yet recharged and outgoing is blocked. Please look into this and resolve my issue.

But I connected with the network operator @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as well they told me that it can’t be done from our side as you’ve done the transaction from a 3rd party app further they said if I’ve done the transaction through #AirtelThanks app they will cancel 2/n

@airtelindia Since four days my Airtel broadband connection is not working at Chuwadi Jammu. Airtel is boasting that any service disruption is resolved within maximum time of four hours but it actually is a case of four days. Pathetic services provided by @Airtel_Presence
