@airtelindia you are becoming the most worst interest service provider in rural areas. I continuously complain in care but no satisfying response. I switch on others. @Airtel_Presence I feel sorry to recharge your pack.

@Quote_ler @airtelindia This is the way for @airtelindia. You cannot reach to CC executive at all. Be careful before porting to Airtel, as only way you can get any resolution is by visiting service centre.

1,As per your policy, 24 Hours are already done and till now sim is not activated. After calling to your service center they told us to visit the Airtel Store. This is service providing by Bharti Airtel. Third class service they are harassing us @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Hey @airtelindia, I am trying to port an Idea Prepaid number to Airtel Prepaid but the customer care number is very difficult to navigate as there is no option to speak to the executive directly. Is there a simpler way to know the process for this?
