    @airtelindia Airtel is a thief company that knows how to take money, does not give facilities to the customer, the network in our home town is very bad, complained a lot but no effort to correct the network of Diviyapur city, AIRTEL is not responding to the complaint one year.

    So @airtelindia replies with this standard steps. No resolution whatsoever. Sorry for the hassle you had to face. We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset.     @airtelindia How do i let your app know that router wont start because its adapter is blown away it just keep trying to do diagnostics without even knowing is router even turning on or not. **** services local internet operator is better atleast fixes within hours

    @rutu609 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I bought a new SIM in 2012/13 & found it wrongly linked to someone else's bank account. I immediately informed the local bank branch in writing to remove my number & emailed their customer care. It is a common recycling issue, but quick reporting protects your identity!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wi-fi disconnected for more than 20 hours now and no development on the ticket raised. App is terrible when it comes to reaching someone "human". Quite a long relationship and this does leave a very bad taste.
