@airtelindia Airtel is a thief company that knows how to take money, does not give facilities to the customer, the network in our home town is very bad, complained a lot but no effort to correct the network of Diviyapur city, AIRTEL is not responding to the complaint one year.

@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @airtelindia If you try to contact #Jio Customer Support, they will actually let you speak to human customer support staff via call. And they resolve issue immediately. While on #Airtel, there was only IVR menu or you can create a ticket from App. No human will answer your query.

hey, stupid @airtelindia, I am trying to call 198 to raise a complaint, but the IVR isn't connecting to the customer representative. I have tried 10-20 times and it is extremely frustrating.

@airtelindia To whom so ever it may be concerned, My Complaint no 78190250, After repeated complaints the Airtel Xtreme box had been replaced on 12th January 2023 but till today it had not been activated, I am highly dissatisfied by the services being offered by Airtel nowadays.
