@airtelindia Internet down. Number of msgs sent to @Airtel_Presence but no acknowledgment, no response. Am waiting to @reliancejio to setup fiber in my area and the very next day, I will disconnect my Airtel broadband and DTH connection. Such lathargic customer service.

are reluctant to coordinate among themselves for the solution. I guess the customer has to suffer all the burden of the tie ups. @airtelindia and @amazonIN Why didi you tie up for a service if your support teams cannot coordinate among themselves? 1 month past and yt no solution

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Guys it seems you have a major DNS issue. Many connected to Airtel WIFI are unable to connect to their offices via VPN/Pulse secure. Many are trying to reach your customer care but to no avail. Work from home is impacted for many. @pradipt
