My mom got a call saying that being an valuable @airtelindia customer we offer u 1month unlimited calls and 40gb data that can be carried forward. U don't need to pay for this and the guy asked to be in call and sending otp.But that OTP is for changing prepaid to postpaid. 1/2

@airtelindia There is no concept of escalation. If basic technician cannot resolve the issue then the next person should be the next level technician with previous info. But the three technicians do the same routine and leave. Call centre is useless. They confirm what I already know
