@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when we told him that the customer support told us to pay 600 for the card and 150 as the service charge he then started making stories. Post that he said he will come next day with the card and replace it. But it has been 5 days and he never came!

Since last 5 days I have been following up with their customer support. Their technician first tried to sell us xtreme set top box. Which when we refused to take, he tried over charging us by telling us price of smart card as Rs 950 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Worst experience from airtel... Even queuing of mobile plans do not work. I have a unlimited plan about to expire on 12 February.. so i recharge today for ₹149/- in advance which is activated immediately... And you have stolen 17 days out of 28 days. SwitchingToJio!
