@airtelindia I requested to airtel Xstream fiber for new connection on 18th of January. Airtel team informed me that they will come on 20th at 10 am but they came at 3:30 pm and stopped their work in mid and gone without completing the work. They not came till now. Worst work.

@ViCustomerCare 1 week over but still my data speed problem not solved I raised complaint but it closed automatically after 2 days I have 4vi connection at my home and we recharged for 4G service but getting 3G it is time to move on another network @JioCare or @airtelindia

Frequent disconnection of internet of 15 days every month. Customer care and technician not given permanent solution. @airtelindia customer for last 15 years. No way to treat a loyal customer. Let me know if you want me to switch to a different provider. @airtelindia @airtelnews
