@airtelindia never want to listen. Raised one service request (10064316641), almost a week before and nobody bothers to resolve it. 121 don't even provide a option to talk to CC. Such a painful experience you feel once you are with Airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3rd class customer service team. They are not aware of the online sim delivery process only. And when I said today a delivery agent is coming for sim delivery and document verification, then saying no this is not process. Pathetic customer service.
