    @airtelindia dont know if you really care about customer, last 5days chasing customer care for my issue and they r just giving fake info. Dont knows about issues. They just know is assurence and they are escalatung the issu.. Can any there help me out or i just leave thehope

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia After trying many ways & agreed 2 gv any informatn related to me, Airtel is unable 2 help me. I requested many times to transfr my id 2 my wife id as I lost my sim card but no help frm Airtel. Shame on using Airtel sim services here in South Africa.

    After 6 months of literally begging @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to fix their services on my number. Today I finally went to their store to get my number shut. To my surprise out of all the people at the store, 60% of them were there like me to shut their accounts and port!

    @airtelindia i have bought Airtel broadband connection for my office on last june 2022 with 1 yr plan, due to their technician fault he were change router and billing issue raised, though i complain many time no one came and resolve, again i bought new plan and it is also stoped

    @airtelindia UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. What kind of contract?? My 9007068787 is post paid family plan, all bills paid. Why UPC can't generate??
