  @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence I contacted Airtel Stores in Leh (26th June) and Srinagar (28th June), and on this platform on 30th June. My postpaid connection was not working in Ladakh and Kashmir. I was assured of solutions within 24 hours- I am still waiting...

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your DTH website, Thanks App, and customer care are so screwed up that one cannot change the package for the DTH connection. Customer care people keep bouncing us back to the Thanks App, which doesn't work well. Please make it user-friendly

  @Baram_256 My experience has been terrible. I'm a postpaid user, yet I haven't received any real priority or Fastlane benefits. My internet speed has dropped to around 1 Mbps with no resolution, and I had to recharge my Jio SIM just to use the internet. Extremely disappointing. @airtelindia
