    @airtelindia dont know if you really care about customer, last 5days chasing customer care for my issue and they r just giving fake info. Dont knows about issues. They just know is assurence and they are escalatung the issu.. Can any there help me out or i just leave thehope

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Tried to Rechrg for Rs.598 through Airtel App-through Airtel Money from CC, Rechrg failed & Rs 586 credited in wallet(debiting Rs.12 w/o intimation).Is it fair?Till date didn't get proper reply from ur side.need to raise issue next level

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You guys have no clue of customer service. You should be more aware of what issue your customer is facing before saying stupid things to your customer on DM. Your coupons are fake and do not work. Stop portraying like we are idiots and dont know.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My unlimited pack was expiring today (30th sept) and I did an unlimited recharge well in advance on 29th sept. However, even after having an unlimited pack and having sufficient data, Rs.103 got deducted from my main balance for using data. Pls help

    @airtelindia worst possible service from you.. doest it take 2 days just to repair a fiver connection. Worst staff. Doesn't know how to work. Giving excuses every time. Pathetic

    @airtelindia I made a payment for a recharge, and payment gets stuck. Surprisingly your website know that I have made a payment, they confirm that they have received a payment. Then why don't you just process the recharge when whole fiasco of who and whom is cleared. #WTF

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And then there is no action, everytime you will say dm us your landline no. And then when we dm, you only say somebody will get in touch! But nothing happens .. pathetic service by @airtelindia

    Very poor mobile service quality rather worst in Hafed road Prem Nagar rohtak . No incoming/outgoing is possible these days. Calls are totally fail. Net service also has gone worst. We are leaving airtel and joining Jio as alternate @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
