  @airtelindia dont know if you really care about customer, last 5days chasing customer care for my issue and they r just giving fake info. Dont knows about issues. They just know is assurence and they are escalatung the issu.. Can any there help me out or i just leave thehope

  Is this airtel fiber wifi just to waste time? Every month for 2-3 days it just doesn't work and there is no way that you can have any convo with a customer support but a useless piece of chat bot which is on repeat mode. Didn't have this issue with jio.@airtelindia @reliancejio

  @airtelindia After these many days one guy from Airtel called and again forced me to lay the cables myself. When I asked to return the money, he was acting rude about it. Should I file a complaint with @jagograhakjago , @DoT_India

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When we call your "instant helpline" for 2 minutes a tape is telling me my bill amount, gst amount etc. Why? Why is it called instant helpline when a complaint registered on 7th april is still unresolved and your person wont attend call immediately?
