    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service experience on my Postpaid Jio number. I have been charged ₹1800 extra for undisclosed reasons. Lodged a complaint 3 times but no resolution and customer service don't care. Cannot bear it any more will be porting my number to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly train your employees in attending customer issues. I went to Vanasthalipuram (Hyderabad) office and the service is very pathetic. Employees are fighting and asking customers to move to different counter 🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence scums, paid 589 for my broadband bill for two months before due date, still didnt clear balance and now the outstanding balance is 2000; also called customer care but they said to send an email, sent two emails but no reply

    But now I am getting forced to pay 295 rupee to my previous service provider Vodafoneidea . I am able to understand that how they provided me porting code if still there was any due amount... @airtelindia barred my services from last 6 hours .. @MIB_India
