  @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support.This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel. Then I requested an eSIM, but after some hours, I'm getting no network on either the physical SIM or the eSIM. Could you please check?

  No surprise OTT benefits from @airtelindia app anre easy to claim and impossible to cancel. They will redirect to service who will redirect back to Airtel The website, IVR, chat bot only exist to tell you to use the app or visit store.

  @airtelindia got disappointed by ur service store located at fergussion college road Pune. Visited for new esim, but ur employee said esim has been banned for prepaid. You will need to convert it to postpaid. Same I got done from private vendor seating nearby ur store. @TRAI

  @AlteredDeal @airtelindia We called your customer care number and your IVF system responds to everything execpt that Complaint promp. I believe it's all staged and your so called 24/7 Ai chatbot? It's just pathetic. Tried to fill a compliment via the app everything leads to not helpful.
