  @airtelindia dont know if you really care about customer, last 5days chasing customer care for my issue and they r just giving fake info. Dont knows about issues. They just know is assurence and they are escalatung the issu.. Can any there help me out or i just leave thehope

  @sonali0_ @JioCare You r going to suffer a lot in @airtelindia because I had raised network related issue in my both postpaid Airtel numbers in my home location but they simply kept on closing my complaints in every 10-12 days without resolution and again I had to raise new complaint.

  I have Airtel broadband. @airtelindia It’s not working since morning. Try to call customer care. It says there is problem in your area. It says it will be resolved by 22nd. In actual none of my neighbours have any problem. 121/chatbot no use. Pathetic service.

  @airtelindia It has been 1 day and my phone is showing "No Service." Forget about 5G,even 2G is not working. It seems you are only focused on earning money from users while providing no service at all. Whether the service quality is poor or not is a secondary issue—the network is completely 0

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst network provider is airtel in my area and a big scam they are doing is when there is a power cut no internet and no network.

  Absolutely the most horrific customer service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last 2 days, it is so unfortunate that Indian companies never manage to keep up a consistently uniform experience

  @airtelindia Wi-Fi has not been working in the Kondapur Raghavendra Colony area since 2:00 PM. The outage disrupted all our office work, and there has been no way to get in touch with a support agent. What a terrible service. I will definitely be switching my internet connection
