    @airtelindia since last 2 times I missed the due date for my postpaid no. and strangely there calls on my Brother and Mother’s no. For bill payment but not a single call on my phone. Is it a new technique? Highly unprofessional and pathetic! Switching the network provider.

    @airtelindia we have about 12 airtel connections in our family. But this is possibly the worst experience I've had so far. I had cancelled a request for a new BB connection. Money was deducted but it has still not been refunded. Your customer care says there's no record of it.

    @airtelindia @Bhartiairtel3 @airtelnews nobody is doing response on call. One gives another’s number and so on. Everyone takes call one time only then no reply. I have 2 broadband connection and so much headache. No value of customer’s time.

    I don't understand why do leader telcos like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence commit extremely delayed timelime (15 days) to resolve issues like network connection. Is that not the first objective of having a mobile number? How do we operate?
