@airtelindia i am a customer of Airtel BLACK. My sim has suddenly stopped working today from 12:00 pm. Did all the troubleshooting but still sim not working. No support from @Airtel_Presence either. Is it your comiitted service to BLACK plan subscribers.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have registered network related issue in you #airtelthanks app . Then they respond as "your problem will get solved within 4 day" . And after 4 days I have seen the interface of " problem resolved" , but the network issue doesn't fixed
