@airtelindia I visited 2 countries (US & Turkey) last 5 weeks with AirTel international roaming. The calling and data was very patchy - did not even work for me for days. Called CS at least 10 time with no resolution. I see a bill of 21k ₹ for the period. 😱😱 How do I escalate?

@airtelindia I want to cancel one of my Airtel numbers. So far got 4 calls asking the same questions -why cancel, can you use it for another family member, convert into prepaid, new schemes etc. Would this ever stop?

The customer care number 121 doesn't work from international locations... 🤦. The website opens in the app and the app says I already am on a pack and gives me no option for extension. Your DM is unresponsive... What should I do? This sucks! @airtelindia ,#CustomerService

If you want to enjoy WORST customer service then Please visit @airtelindia Thanks app and do some fastag recharge and then enjoy your worst time for checking the status itself. On top of that call 400 or 121, life will be hell. #poorcustomerservice
