i have been trying to reach anyone from customer care but this looks a complete disappointment... no one had really kept a way where i can talk to someone to resolve my issue. This is not for sure a positive response for airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia any plans to provide fiber connections in area pincode 782446. Cos @BSNL_AS is no longer reliable. More than 24hours without any resolution to its connectivity issues.
