    @airtelindia Hi team. I have just recharged unlimited pack worth ₹3359 which also includes Amazon Prime mobile edition. I tried to claim the Amazon membership through airtel thanks app but there is no amazon reward inside the airtel thanks app. Please help, feeling cheated

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sorry to say but your response time is very upsetting. Has been requesting (on 121 mail) from more than 24 hours to restart my Airtel fibre 702692306 but issue is still unresolved. Your team seems shy to respond to their customer’s problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I moved to Airtel from Jio. Assuming that Airtels network is better than Jio but you proved me wrong. People are trying to call me but they cannot reach me. Unfortunately I have bare you for more 60 days

    @airtelindia I have been an Airtel customer since 2014. Havent switched to Jio even during freebee days. Initial announcement was to start 5G services by new year but it hasent happened till date.Switching to JIO which is already giving 5G services in chandigarh.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
