@airtelindia @airtelnews It’s been 3 days your (Fiber) service is down and after 100s of calls with your customer care executives they just say we need 4 more hours. Your service engineer comes and say it’ll take time as we’re running out of man power. Worst service ever.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews - I knew, no body would reach out to me. Had to find the resolution by myself. There was no support on international roaming in Germany. I rest my case. I would expect my money back
