@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is the 8th complain in last 7 days and 5th complain in last 2 days. Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

@airtelindia even after taking premium pack, internet is dragging. It's not working at all. Have been complained since 21st of July. Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

Surprising that we keep having issues with providers like @Airtel_Presence in 2020. The very #Xstream a/c or landline nos provided by them can't be verified by their IVRS. I've spent at least 30 minutes trying to verify or get to their support rep. No luck! @airtelindia
