Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

Even after contacting customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they suggested converting my prepaid SIM to postpaid. This is unacceptable and very disappointing.
