    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is the 8th complain in last 7 days and 5th complain in last 2 days. Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence almost 20 hrs now since I have Tweet and 7 days of complain. No resolution neither any update on progress. Such a bad way of dealing to customers. #sunilmittal poor service

    @airtelindia my current network is very slow..plzz help me ..it's West Bengal purulia dist Adra, my current location is south side church colony..In this area network iss very poor in all time..plzz work on it Airtel... Airtel Network is very slow in this area

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my Airtel number is 7364873785I Didn't use this number because my phone is not working properly I didn't use this number...so how can i get information that is this number is working this time...I call customer care number 198 but they didn't answer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI it's the 15th time I am requesting for the internet issue. Now it's high time and I have to put up a case against this concern. In spite of reaching out so many times the concern is not resolved.

    @airtelindia even after taking premium pack, internet is dragging. It's not working at all. Have been complained since 21st of July. Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please be responsible and take some ownership on resolving the issues. This is annoying and really frustrating to sit the whole day to contact one service engineer and to contact endless times the service team

    @airtelindia I’m distressed by unprofessional staff who ignore others’ time. I paid for Wi‑Fi in New Delhi 3 days ago; tech promised 14 July, then kept saying “today” and now won’t answer. Your app has no complaints option and I can’t get a refund. Fix this and refund me now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Because of this mess, my Airtel Broadband (Bangalore), which was in safe custody, is also switched off. No network, no internet! Take strict action against both salespersons & 'Vani' (screen-share agent, Muzaffarpur). I have CCTV & audio proof. Fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia worst service ever. Your company is not able to resolve sms inbound issue, it's been more than two months I am facing this issue and unable to perform any urgent banking or verification related activity while abroad. Standard response from support - "Wait for 6 to 8 hours".

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is completely unacceptable. My Airtel AirFiber speed has dropped to around 2 Mbps after crossing 1000 GB, and I was never informed about any such Fair Usage Policy or speed cap. otherwise I would have made a different decision.

    @theBuoyantMan Instead of calling out @airtelindia for their unfair practice and bad customer experience, here comes Mr. Holier-than-thou. Many companies have restrictions on USB usage. Now don't say switching job exists or BYOD exists. 🤦
