@airtelindia even after taking premium pack, internet is dragging. It's not working at all. Have been complained since 21st of July. Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is the 8th complain in last 7 days and 5th complain in last 2 days. Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

@airtelindia My fiber net has been down since 2 days and I've only been receiving messages giving false promises that they will be resuming services shortly. It's been around 8 messages since yesterday just delaying the issue. It's very frustrating and disappointing.
