@airtelindia even after taking premium pack, internet is dragging. It's not working at all. Have been complained since 21st of July. Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

On top the status of 2 SR raised is resolved & in progress. I have no idea what is resolved and what is in progress here? Coz nothing has happened. I mentioned the issue and also told the urgency but your customer service being at thr worst. Not bothered at all. @airtelindia
