@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is the 8th complain in last 7 days and 5th complain in last 2 days. Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

@airtelindia even after taking premium pack, internet is dragging. It's not working at all. Have been complained since 21st of July. Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence Please care for real. Raised multiple request for bad network back in June 2020, despite regular follow ups the prob is still there. Please understand I have senior citizens at the problem site they will not be able to make a call in emergency. @airtelindia

@JioCare Thank you. If you've read my entire issue then understand I don't have port out number we get after that sms as the @airtelindia didn't allow text messages from main balance. I urge @airtelindia to take all my 71 rs balance and just give me my port out number.
