@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is the 8th complain in last 7 days and 5th complain in last 2 days. Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

@airtelindia even after taking premium pack, internet is dragging. It's not working at all. Have been complained since 21st of July. Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , From aug 3, 9.00pm internet went down in karur,TN and received the maintenance msg. It was extended to aug 4 1.00 pm but the service is still not resumed and also tried to raise issue through help page in airtel thanks app (1/2)

@airtelindia Mob.7560883012 Respected sir I as a customer of Bharti airtel mobile Kerala. I am facing improper network coverage issue in my home. In 2g mode inam unable to make or receive calls and unable to send sms in indoor due to poor 2g indoor coverage.
