Who is going to be responsible for this. I couldn't work nor can study inspite of being a premium customer. I wonder if I would have been in a lower pack.

Can't work at all. Trying to reach customer care IVRS isn't helping. Can someone help me? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

Amount deducted from bank a/c and i can see transaction id as successful in airtel thanks app as well but money was not added to wallet.
