    @airtelindia 3/4 Disconnection was requested effective 28 July. The modem was picked up on 2 August. And now, on 9 August — still NO REFUND and NO proper update. Getting through to customer support is another task altogether.

    Im using @airtelindia in my home for 1 year facing network issues when i contact customer care recorded voice coming in hindi not in english when j contacted local they are also not responding.@TRAI pls look into this matter and take the action ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service ever. It’s been a week since I raised a complaint about my extremely slow AirFiber connection, and there’s still no response or update. No one is even bothering to address the issue. Really disappointed with Airtel’s service.

    @airtelindia when there is an issue with internet (Airfiber), there should be a possibility to speak with real people and not just spend hours on your Airtel chat bot. It is particularly difficult when the installation is at the residence of aged people.

    @jig_corp @airtelindia Same thing happened to me. I requested closure, but they took almost 2 months to cancel it. Now they want me to pay for those 2 months,brilliant! Their router is still at my home, waiting for their team to remember it exists.

    Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service
