  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I urge people to think twice before choosing @airtelindia Wi-Fi. Frequent outages and unreliable connectivity have repeatedly disrupted my work-from-home schedule. In an era where dependable internet is essential, constant service interruptions can lead to missed meetings, lost productivity, and unnecessary frustration. My experience has been far from satisfactory.

  @airtelindia i am facing problem since morning.....only 2g network available. If i change it to 5g it shows no network.....that too in a city like jaipur seriously. Fix this as soon as possible.@airtelindia Let me know anyone facing same issue

  OH AND BTW I had to go and visit the damn store to get my router fixed from their lousy "engineers" who refused to do their job just 3 days ago. I almost missed deadlines for cbse revals cuz of them. Now this ****** problem re emerges. KYS @airtelindia. Switch to JIO!

  If I am connected to Airtel 5G why is my data being deducted from the daily quota and why is unlimited 5G not working as expected? Kindly look into this issue and provide a resolution. This is pathetic service. Should I switch to other telecom? @airtelindia @airtelnews

  @Airtel_Presence, BB has become measurable. They take 2 days for the technician to visit, they just do a temporary eye wash fix. Have 200mbps speed connection getting felling of 1999 dial up. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence show you presence. #slowboradband #airtel SR: 11032032658

  It's been more than 24 hours now, and @airtelindia broadband service in my area is still not restored. No follow-up SMS, no email, and no meaningful update. This level of support is simply unacceptable. When can customers expect a resolution?

  @airtelindia I paid money for airtel wifi but from yesterday they are not coming for installation so bad service by airtel. Let me know if you cannot setup i will take jio wifi they have good service

  @airtelindia is the worst SIM/Connection. Pathetic internet speed on postpaid connection, speed is even lower than 4G though it shows as 5G... Useless... Want to port now... Just fed up! @airtelnews
