Well done @reliancejio. Your team disconnected my number exactly on the bill generation date. Neither am I aware of the bill amount to pay nor are you able to trace my number in your database for re-activation. Both ways, its your loss. @airtelindia u just earned a new customer

1st time I am using @airtelindia and facing call drop issue frequently. 2 tickets already closed. I know it’s my current location but didn’t expect any issue with just phone call (keep aside worst internet speed).
