For a new broadband connection in @airtelindia, the customer care executive is asking to share aadhar card to his personal number. He claims there is no online process for me (customer) to upload it and I have to share it only with him if I need a connection. @TRAI @pib_comm

I've been trying to set up a static IP with Airtel for 2+ months, but their rep hasn't been able to resolve the issue, wasting hours each visit. I've lost faith in their customer service but hope this final attempt will bring a positive outcome. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my issue is still not resolved. Very unprofessional. My broadband was supposed to be fixed by 5 pm today. But they have not yet assigned an engineer yet. Such a shame!

For all the excellent customer service they provide to Black customers, @airtelindia xstream broadband always has some technical issues once in some 15-20 days that requires 2–4 h to resolve. Started service in Nov and had >20 "technical issues" already. WFH be damned!
