    @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia created black plan and then added other number and DTH in the child under family plan of 899. Again the black plan has created on the wrong number when I called Airtel black We got very bad responses ticket created but no information in.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your mobile network in Panvel area is just ridiculous. You guys are looting your customers by charging heavily but provide poor network. Seems the time has came to port my Airtel numbers to other service providers

    @airtelindia initially, when I logged the ticket it was showing "non-black customer" does that mean priority is given to Airtel Black customers? how pathetic!. I sent an email to the "higher ups" but it appears it fell on deaf ears, Isn't this rude? #airtel kuch to sharam karo.
