As per TRAI norms, incoming should stay active for a grace period post-expiry. This is unacceptable, resolve this matter immediately. @airtelindia this feels customer exploitation.

If you have to continue with **** service then why you were asking people to choose airtel postpaid. Fraud services. I won’t pay anything extra.

But when a recharge failed due to issues from your end, and I am not able to connect with your human agent (for that I need to recharge again) , I will be in doubt whether the existing recharge will get processed or do I need to recharge again.

Currently I'm on 399 plan (28 days ) unlimited 4g+ 5g data but my internet is too slow whereas my other airtel working fine in same handset & area , so technically there is no issue of network issue
