  10+ yrs with @airtelindia. On 2 Apr, my Family Plan was changed without my consent during a SIM replacement at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, causing 3 months of excess billing. Complaints were closed without resolution. Restore my plan & refund the excess. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia might actually have the worst customer experience in India. Random billing dates, WiFi recharge issues,recharge system is broken, incoming calls get cut off after 5 days of recharge expiry. and an AI bot that couldn't solve 2+2.@TRAI

  @scribe9104 @airtelindia Anupam ji , I have been in corporate life for my full career. The changes which I am now observing that the service department of most of the Indian companies are not up to the mark. Most of them have an automated system for receiving complaints which is really painful.

  @airtelindia There's massive outage going on in my village where airtel network is not working. No calls, no internet, just massive outage with no recovery till now. It been 2 hrs since this is happening. What's the issue? Can you please inform? Pincode: 387315 (Chaklasi)
