    Hey @airtelindia your service is a joke. Call drops every time I try to reach customer care. Promised 2 days for Fiber instln now day 4 & nothing. Install it by tmrw or I am lodging an official consumer complaint.Hpy to go back to Jio's 100 Mbps over your fake 1 Gbps promises.

    @airtelindia Most worst network in the world. Pathetic 5g and 4g network. Nothing is running. If you complain they wouldn't listen your voice. All we should leave this 🛜

    @airtelindia It's been over 24 hours since I reported a Wi-Fi connectivity issue. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, there has been no resolution or response. Requesting immediate attention and a prompt resolution. #PoorService #CustomerSupport

    @airtelindia We are not receiving Airtel 5G services in our area despite having 5G- plans. The network coverage and internet speed are poor, causing inconvenience to many users. Kindly look into this issue and provide an update on it

    Paying for an Airtel plan that promises unlimited 5G, connected to a 5G network in a covered area, yet the unlimited 5G benefit isn't working. Customers are paying for a service they're not receiving. @AirtelIndia please explain and resolve this. #Airtel5G

    While travelling in a train or on a highway, Airtel never disappoint you, their 5g even 4g is pathetic if you are moving continuously, also lack services when you are in a high rise building. This is my personal experience. Tired of this broken connectivity. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia As someone whose work completely depends on internet, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Lost valuable time, work, and trust. Switching to a better service provider now. Airtel, you really need to fix your customer support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Can you please help with reactivating my international roaming? Unable to make calls/access mobile data. I have submitted KYC. I was told by agent to visit Airtel Store which isn’t possible as I’m not in the country. Ref. ID RV000739634D
