    @airtelindia Completely unacceptable service. Ticket (ID: 11028768410) was raised, no resolution provided, and now it’s CLOSED without fixing the issue. Subscription still not working on @perplexity_ai. This is negligence, not support. Reopen & resolve immediately. #Airtel

    @airtelindia How many hours do you need to upgrade your systems? I'm unable to contact support. Trying since 9 am in the morning. Internet on my Airtel air fiber is dead since a week!

    @AirtelIndia broadband is an absolute nightmare. WiFi barely works most of the time, WFH is impossible, and support is deliberately designed to be useless. You’ve hidden every way to reach a real human. That bot on the app is completely brainless, it understands nothing and just traps you in loops. How does a basic disconnection request not have a clear option? Or is making it difficult to leave part of the plan? This is beyond poor service, it’s outright customer harassment at this point. Get your act together.

    @airtelindia raised compiant regarding not able to make calls on a particular number and airtel will resolve the problem by 11 May 26. Kindly resolve the problem on priority. @TRAI kindly ask TSP to resolve issue on priority. Complaint No. CLCNF3DEL20260424178654

    @airtelindia I took the WORST decision to port my no. frm @reliancejio to @airtelindia. on a family plan of 3 nos, I got only one sim. Struggling to get other 2 SIM for last 7 days with exec & CC unable to help. CC refused to give complaint#, instead asked me to go to Store.
