    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer support. One of the biggest service provider in India but very poor customer support. 1. Waiting for plan upgrade for 3 days 2. When I call 198 and want to select WiFi option 2 but why you are forcing me to listen all options.

    @airtelindia I am Airtel Black customer against mobile number 9890121525, having combined plan for DTH, Internet 200mbps 999 plan and 5 postpaid numbers. The plan came with discounts in each bill. Recently I had DTH to IPTV upgrade issue and misguide by customer care. Plz help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm using a 40 Mbps plan, 5-12 Mbps actual speed for 4-5 months. Complaint pending since 02/06/2026. Airtel admits capacity issue but has taken no action. My work, productivity, and income have suffered while Airtel keeps charging the full bill.

    @airtelindia Your new FastLane functionality is very buggy. Phone calls get dropped randomly. Network dies suddenly from being on full 5G signal strength to no network and back. Mobile data doesn't work, calls not going signalh, when on full 5G signal strength. Am I your QA?

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, please stop this fraud. I am being asked to pay a 5-month advance rental to convert my SIM number 73898947884 from prepaid to postpaid. Is there any such official rule? This incident happened at the Airtel store/dealer located at: Tawa Complex, Bittan
