    @airtelindia my connection is not upgraded from copper to fibre. Whenever I talk to customer care they say give us 24 hours time now its been 19 days. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

    @Airtel_Presence When I have already asked for cancellation of connection. Then why Airtel has to call me everyday multiple times to confirm. Last 10days I have been troubled to the core by Stupid call centre.Customer service team is formed to irritate and harass.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience of mobile recharge. Made back to back two recharges one for validity and another for data pack. Now data pack validity is showing for previous one and Airtel expects to consume 50 GB data in 5 days, strange..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your so-called platinum customer service entails receiving many calls per day to listening to the same complaint over and over. This has been my experience for the past two days. Such a PREMIUM EXPERIENCE is unnecessary.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence least interested in providing service to customers but very efficient in recovering money. Getting calls everyday for 300/- due & your "recovery agents" talk like goons. Wish u had trained them how to talk, Airtel would've got a larger customer base
