    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I just raised request to close my 002 account but all my dth connection has been suspended even recharge done 2 times no clue with customer care team totally useless I ll close all my accounts will switch to another dth immediate effect

I have always responded to those messages by reaffirming that I very much intend to do the disconnection. What will it take for you to understand a simple disconnection message?
