Possible scam alert: individual calls claiming to be @airtelindia/ @Airtel_Presence broadband technician, tells me I have issues with my WiFi. Even has my address. When I say there are no problems, disconnects. I tried calling back on a hunch; blocks me immediately.

@airtelindia Biggest fraud Airtel is doing. It is charging us for 200mbps plan rs999 but providing services for 100mbps plan. Customer support is saying we charge for what plan you select and not for the service we provide. Highly pathetic company. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
