    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have recharged with 2GB per Day pack which provide unlimited 5G data. But from last two days my data pack is being exhausted after using 2GB. Misery is that I am not able to talk your Customer Care Executive.Hence kindly suggest me way to talk CC

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint 1/2 The situation is so bad that: I literally have to step outside my house to make phone calls due to very poor connectivity. My WiFi / fibre connection keeps dropping repeatedly. Complaints are raised but no real resolution ever happens. This has been going on for a long time

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint 1/3 Instead of resolving the issue, I keep receiving the same message: "Technician is late, task reassigned." Service Request: SRN-10856529432 Every time an engineer is assigned, the visit gets reassigned again without any proper visit or resolution.
