    @Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have already porte my airtel prepaid 2 Jio due to very poor network connectivity. Hv reported d issue many times but none cares. I have 5 corporate postpaid connections. If nothing improves in next 3 days , will switch to Jio. Very worst experience.

    I hope @Airtel_Presence hav gud automated tkting systm. It 'll periodically close all tkts raised in airteltanks app, even issue not yet addressed or resolved. Helo @airtelindia , Alrdy sent Tkt info in DM, requsted about action taken detils. No responds for DM too.

    @airtelindia I have purchased Airtel Fiber few days before, and experiencing frequent disconnection, when tried to complaint through app, it's showing its outage for next 4 Hours? Is it real? Purchased Fiber as required uninterrupted service, without any downtime. 02211080786

    @airtelindia I have raised a request as on 20 Mar'22 expected date of resolution was given 24 Mar'22. But even today status is pending. Doing follow up with customer care but no body knows the reason. Is there anyone who could check and close the issue?? Ticket id: 10025700709
