@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible service. I have WiFi 200 MBPS, Black level customer. You boast of dedicated team etc. but refuse to fix a ethernet cable for me that is powering my extender. Why can't a technician who I know has the equipment not attach a RJ45 connector?

@airtelindia i opted for family plan of 999. Your agent delivered 3 sims. Gave a 4th sim also as Diwali offer. Now I see #airtel has charged me 1296 for 4 individual sims. Customer svc tells i was never on 999 plan. How innovative way of cheating customers!!?
