    @Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am one of the airtel user from Uttar Pradesh East. My recharge was over two days ago and then for using voice call service I recharged talktime instead of unlimited packs, but after that I couldn't make a single call till now.

    From past 5 days my @airtelindia broadband is not working, I have raised the complain on 2nd October. since then no one from airtel has contacted me, I'm calling airtel customer care every day twice and everytime they says we have escalated the issue and it will sorted in 2 hrs.

    @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel sim with data pack of 199 for 28 days 1.5G/d and the internet speed is worsen from last 3 days. Why is this happening? Please fix asap as this is interrupting my critical works. Thanks
