5 complaints in the last 3 weeks. Yet @airtelindia has not managed to resolve the broadband issues. Funnily, their engineer said that broadband is not rocket science. But clearly, for airtel, it seems like rocket science! Pathetic service. Pushing refurbished modems to customers!
