I have 4 fibre connections & trust me when I say this, you’ve lost me as a client. Its 2021 & your customer service still has a turnaround time of more than 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt for your services. Thank you for the inconvenience @airtelindia

Hi @airtelindia Just wanted to come on here and tell you that despite opting for your much esteemed and marketed “fibre” service, I’ve never been treated well as a customer! I have lodged a complaint for my router and your representatives don’t bother answering my calls.

Airtel DishTV deducted 300rs for settop box even after giving 450rs to executive at the time of installation.. Still didn't recieve refund after doing 50+ calls, tired of talking to area manager and customer executives only get promise of 12hrs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
