    @Airtel_Presence seems to be very busy sending invoices to customer for the services they don't intend to provide. Particularly to the newly coined "SlowLane" 5G service and always out Super Slow Airtel Wifi service... Please do keep up the bad service @airtelindia @airtelnews

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again. Please resolve this issue! @airtelnews @Airtel_India_ @airtelindia #airtel_mumbai

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    Will never again or recommend anyone for airtel Xtreme wifi. My wifi is off for more than a week there is no one in customer care or anyone to address the issue. Will have close the connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
