    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Interesting- Airtel doe not update email or mobile no without written request on letterhead of company, but it can remove or alter by self and does not require any written request. WOW what a service.

    @DoT_India Thank you so much I believe that necessary actions will be initiated with a formal reply from @airtelindia for an explanation regarding the issue as failing SIM may cause serious harm to a person's safety.

    @airtelindia After numerous call to 400. I am not getting help for failed payment of electricity bill payment. Customer care tells no such transaction happened while I can see the transaction in airtel app. Any helpline for utility bill payment.
