  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream 3/6 Every interaction resulted in another assurance to "wait 24 hours." Days passed, but there was no meaningful progress. Repeated promises without resolution only increase customer frustration.

  @airtelindia - you guys disconnect incoming calls immediately when pack expires, but cannot reinstate the service once a recharge is made??? Only your time & money matter?
