  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unlimited 5G not working for me since last month, it was working before, reported this issue in customer care 5-6 times, but no help yet. Each time they are saying we took feedback and it will resolved soon. This is pathetic for taking 1 year plan.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At this point, after spending hours troubleshooting, visiting the store, and receiving inconsistent responses from support, I've decided it's time to move on. Good network speed means very little if customer support can't clearly explain why your service has been restricted.

  Dear @airtelindia, my house is only 300 meters in kankhoria kasia from your tower, yet there is almost no network coverage. Calls drop frequently and internet barely works. This issue is affecting the entire village. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

  @airtelindia It's been more than 24 hrs since the installation of Broad band wifi and the connection has not been activated. I was told to send my details by DM which I have done. Still no response. Wonder what type of service you wll be providing? Disgusting.
