  @airtelindia What is the problem with Airtel WiFi ? Every week it is working on some problem for 5-6 hours, giving the same nonsense answer - some problem in your area. Very punctual to add penalty if bill isn't paid even for a day. What about all these hours lost. Pay us.

  Having internet problem @airtelindia in Gachibowli Hyderabad, chatbot support is useless it tries to just restart router. Also even with no internet it has all 3 yellow lights on lying about the status.

  @airtelindia This is ******* ridiculous. My Airtel Wi-Fi is down, your ****** IVR is completely useless, and the assigned lineman isn’t even answering calls. I can’t even get through to an actual person to report a basic service issue. I’ve been paying for this shiity service
