    I wish I have more patience for my plan upgradation,but it's already 3 days but my plan is not upgraded to most expensive plan of Airtel 3999,neither plan upgraded nor router change i called many times but only theyescalate the issue @airtelindia I'm gold member very poor service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews it's been more than a month for complaining about network. Whenever I'm calling to customer care, they are saying " Previous issue was resolved, raising new complaint. Problem is still the same.

    @airtelindia - why i am being charged taxes for late payment amount? Taking 100 Rs for late payment charges and additionally charging 18 Rs GST. Who decided 100 Rs late charge to be taken from customer ? Was it in contract or communicated to customer.
