    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Kolkata... on your thanks app... I'm trying to change my plan to ₹799 from ₹1099. It's not allowing me to do it... It's asking me to reauthenticate again and again. I fail to understand this. How to resolve..Please do the needful from your end.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Also, I have spent 24k for the dongle and now unable to even open a page. Hope I have not wasted the hard earned money I have spent. All the customer care says is tech issue, no issue with dongle, within 8days issue will be resolved. Sad..Unacceptable!

    @Paytmcare I did a prepaid recharge of airtel twice in 2 month but it wasn’t activated in my airtel prepaid number. I checked with paytm 24*7 care and they gave me order no. and reference id and asked me to call airtel customer care and I did the same.@airtelindia 1/2

    Airtel 4G internet connection is not up to the mark at Baguiati , Kolkata. It's slow & call drop problems. We are thinking to switch to other connection soon. What they claim is 💯% wrong. @GoI_MeitY @airtelindia

    It's very unethical practice that @airtelindia has started as I am facing the internet data manipulation problem.They say, they reset the new data after 00.00 Hrs every day but they are counting it after 23.30 Hrs instead of 00.00 hrs. @airtelindia i trust ur integrity,be kind☺

    @airtelindia I wish and will be happy for that speed. But for now atleast provide 3G speed internet data. Current location 7JGHR2FQ+2W. Where network is lower than 2G speed. Buffer is what we see in apps.

    @airtelindia, what's happening to your broadband services, Evey alternate days its getting down now a days and even connecting to the customer care for non Airtel users is a hard cake. There is no intimation for outage as well. Is this the kind of trust you are building for us?
