    I raised complaints since Dec 2022 that #datanotworking or is very slow to @airtelindia: ref 31-4448405021000, 31-4599267536196, 31-4601043657266, 31-4601076041213 @pincode: 743398 but issue still not resolved. Paying a lots & no resolution no bill relief, I'm tired!! @TRAI look

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if a month has 30 days, your internet services do not work for 26 days. This hampers the growth of my business and inefficiency. Write a complaint and it takes forever for your team to fix the issue. Half the time your technicians deny to service.

    airtel and jio should offer an opt-in “sim lock”: once enabled, no duplicate sim gets issued on my number without digilocker verification. physical ids not accepted, period. forged aadhaar photocopies are how sim swap fraud starts. the govt’s current fix? a warning sms. @airtelindia @reliancejio @DoT_India *opt-in only since we live in India*

    Beyond imagination! I deactivated my Airtel Wi-Fi, and they collected the router & charger nearly 2 months ago. Yet I’m still being billed for a service I don’t use. After multiple calls, the bill was reversed, but I’m still being asked to pay GST. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
