    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to inform you that your service is pathetic. Want to port from jio to airtel. Already generated the upc code on last Wednesday and applied for Sim delivery at my place. Still yet to receive. Tommorow is the last day of the upc validity code.

    @airtelindia I asked your execs to cancel the service, and that I would go with another connection. Because I work in a company where it’s required for me to be online 9 hrs in a day. With no internet. It’s not possible. After multiple calls and calls, Airtel did nothing.

    hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had logged a complaint for network issue at my residence (31-3782162027841) on 14th November and it was closed without any resolution. It got it re-opened again on 21st November and I see that it is closed yet again. What is going on!?!?

    Its looks like they never check the replies on their own mails and just ask the customer to send it again. It looks to me that customer should be getting money from them to using their services. using their service for long but not expected this from @airtelindia
