    You should take steps to ensure that the consumers enjoy flawless internet service. Please note that even though I have a right to claim refunds from you for all the time the internet connection was bad or slow, I have not done SO. 3/3 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Facing poor network and getting difficulty during call and internet for long time. Service request 31-1000014886988 was already raised, but it was closed by Airtel without resolving the issue. Very poor experience with Airtel in last 2 months.
