    Update: @Airtel_Presence / @airtelindia has their broadband extension in every street. But to get more money from customer, their agents asked customers to take connection from other street's extension to get extra money for wire. Yes I am a common man & this will not effect them

    Highly disappointed with airtel fibre service. No download speed since 1 month. Work getting impacted badly. Complaining again &again but the result is null &void. I wish I would have chosen some other service provider like jio.L/no 01914000796 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint regarding non-working of mine airtel WIFI via service request 10056924808 on 27.06.2022. Today I received the message that mine problem is resolved but mine WIFI is not working even now.

    The worst service ever @airtelindia . My xtreme fiber is not working from last 7 days and there is no response from the technical team. I've already paid for the fiber cable at Rs. 20 per meter. And now they are saying that the cable is faulty and I have to pay again for cable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your store is also one of the worst and even your system. Nothing fruitful ever comes out of it. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Fiber relocation issue – very poor service. Shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. Airtel disconnected and took all equipment same day. Even after 9 days, WiFi is NOT installed. Request shows “in progress” in app but no engineer assigned. Daily calling support but only false promises “engineer will come today”. DTH fixed after delay, but Fiber still pending. Registered Mobile: XXXXX90667 Location: Mylapore, Chennai Please escalate immediately and resolve TODAY.

    @airtelindia I have experienced network outage for 3 times in the last 1 month of installing the wifi connection. All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?

    Very disappointed with Airtel's service. My WiFi and DTH have been down since last night,and multiple follow-ups, nobody has come to fix the issue. Had to spend extra money on a separate recharge to continue working. Complaint No: 11032554707 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?
