@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's 5th day without internet & we registered complaint on 6th July.. Poor customer service & lousy attitude. Kindly uninstall our airtel X-stream fiber. Don't send generic replies . Kindly look in to the matter and revert.

The worst service ever @airtelindia . My xtreme fiber is not working from last 7 days and there is no response from the technical team. I've already paid for the fiber cable at Rs. 20 per meter. And now they are saying that the cable is faulty and I have to pay again for cable.

@airtelindia Despite raising issues on connectivity since 17th Jan, the issue remains the same. Most of the time internet is not working. Believing that you have a better network, I have multiple connections. But now I am thinking of changing to others. Do take necessary action.
