    @airtelindia my request is still not resolved have mentioned several times. @airtelindia Are you going to take a customer seriously or not have raised a request a quite back but no resolution on the same by your tram just saying will get back you.

    @airtelindia Worst telecom company. They never respect their customers. Although, their employees are uneducated. First they take money for service and then give it back after weeks by saying sorry. No doubt, being a new company why JIO is progressing day by day. You don't deserve this Airtel

    Update: @Airtel_Presence / @airtelindia has their broadband extension in every street. But to get more money from customer, their agents asked customers to take connection from other street's extension to get extra money for wire. Yes I am a common man & this will not effect them

    @airtelindia Hello, Airtel Thanks app is a poor app which is cheating us by redirecting the recharge amount to bill payment. Since morning today I have been following up with your team for recharge of my mobile no. 9708XXX666 with Rs. 399 but they are making all excuses.

    @airtelindia Utterly hopeless. Our apartment applied for xtreme fibre long ago. They installed floor wise dp boxes a month ago. Still connection not given. They are giving lame excuses. I suspect they have some nexus with other broadband service provider who is currently there in our building

    @airtelindia Funniest thing is that, the person who was supposed to do the road cutting to bring the cable to our building was asking our help to deal with the authorities. What a shame!!!. A company as big as Airtel can't deal it by themselves.

    @airtelindia shifted from Vi to Airtel, paid for the new sim card, 1 month recharge, and service charge. My sim has been activated but hasn't been recharged yet, constantly trying to reach but my calls are unanswered, and unable to reach CC as well, starting to regret MNP now.
