    Update: @Airtel_Presence / @airtelindia has their broadband extension in every street. But to get more money from customer, their agents asked customers to take connection from other street's extension to get extra money for wire. Yes I am a common man & this will not effect them

    @airtelindia I have Airfiber and I'm no longer able to connect to the Overwatch game with it. Bsnl fiber works though. Airfiber used to work before so did you change something on your end related to NAT or something? Can you help?

    Dear @airtelindia , @TRAI , I would like to raise a concen about the pathetic behavior and services and operate as you like. First we need to do an unlimited recharge to call 121 or 198. And you will charge top for per 3 minutes as well. Even after that, there is no option to raise complain about Wifi. And when I somehow manage to talk to customer executive after back and forth argue with your AI assist. They said you should call 121. My god, I got able to talk to you after calling 121 and after 5 mint. What happened to my India. Isn't what we expected. And I know there will no body to care about this post as well. And nobody restricte them to raise recharge in every 6 months. #pmoindia #airtel #service

    @airtelindia What’s the point of AirFiber if it needs customer intervention after every power cut? An internet service that can’t reconnect automatically is a failed service. Fix your product instead of your marketing.
