    It is third day now & @airtelindia is yet to resume broadband internet service. Service engineer reschedules service ticket on his own, that's how fast @airtelindia manages it's service to customers. Yesterday even after escalation only empty assurances are provided. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Totally failed network. No digital signal in J&K due to rainy day. Couldn't watch Independence day celebrations. Due to heavy rainy season in this year. Airtel digital tv signal remained under shut down.

    (1/2) I am extremely disappointed by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I live is Jodhpur and I have no access to any fiber net facility in my area (342013) As many times I register for fiber connection since 2020; I am told the fiber network will visit my locality next month.

    @airtelindia Then they said me that the recharge that you had done on 10 Nov 2022 was failed. And the refund will be credited to your csc account within 20 Nov 2022. But refund was not processed. So I again came in contact with Airtel Customer care executive.
