    @airtelindia Hello, Airtel Thanks app is a poor app which is cheating us by redirecting the recharge amount to bill payment. Since morning today I have been following up with your team for recharge of my mobile no. 9708XXX666 with Rs. 399 but they are making all excuses.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence seriously what is the price for the same, if my basic need is not fulfilled from your side & will not do the payment of my bill this time again. If you didn't solve my issue I will stop paying the bills against your telecom completely shattering.

    Highly disappointed with airtel fibre service. No download speed since 1 month. Work getting impacted badly. Complaining again &again but the result is null &void. I wish I would have chosen some other service provider like jio.L/no 01914000796 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia from yesterday I have lost signal for my no 9697711107, I have tried everything from changing SIM to another cell, rebooting etc but no help. This is my official no corporate tie-up (Whirlpool India)

    @airtelindia Worst telecom company. They never respect their customers. Although, their employees are uneducated. First they take money for service and then give it back after weeks by saying sorry. No doubt, being a new company why JIO is progressing day by day. You don't deserve this Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what the hell is wrong with your service, it’s been over 3 years of continuous complaints about the network issue with my number, and you had disappointed me with your service & tired of writing about the issue again & again on the same record.

    @HarmeenM @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is regarding the action #airtel implementation team did: 1. Installation of faulty modem and wire 9 months back 2. No response and false commitment even after I called more then 10 times to customer support 3. No installation of (1/2)

    @airtelindia I have filed complaint regarding my broadband wire broken having service request no 10000737135 & fiber id is 019146526833_dsl I've done no of call to customer care service,Now it's enough I can't tolerate this need some solution & final commitment of mine complaint.

    Being an Airtel One customer with 2 postpaid connections and home WiFi apparently means nothing to @airtelindia. Paid extra for the "Priority Fast Lane" feature, but the network is a complete joke on both mobile devices. Total marketing scam. @Airtel_Presence #Airtel5G #TRAI

    @airtelindia took an stream fiber broadband plan on 24thmay. 1599 plan with WiFi and xstream box. Till date only WiFi has been setup, no stb. Your customer support doesnt help. Your sales person doesnt respond. Terrible service. False claims for sales.
