    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank thief, Scammer, that's all. They just took away my ₹192 from my airtel wallet. Bcz I tried to recharge from airtel wallet it cannot happen. No option of wallet shows while recharging. **** You Airtel.

    Highly disappointed with airtel fibre service. No download speed since 1 month. Work getting impacted badly. Complaining again &again but the result is null &void. I wish I would have chosen some other service provider like jio.L/no 01914000796 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's 5th day without internet & we registered complaint on 6th July.. Poor customer service & lousy attitude. Kindly uninstall our airtel X-stream fiber. Don't send generic replies . Kindly look in to the matter and revert.

    @airtelindia I have filed complaint regarding my broadband wire broken having service request no 10000737135 & fiber id is 019146526833_dsl I've done no of call to customer care service,Now it's enough I can't tolerate this need some solution & final commitment of mine complaint.

    It is third day now & @airtelindia is yet to resume broadband internet service. Service engineer reschedules service ticket on his own, that's how fast @airtelindia manages it's service to customers. Yesterday even after escalation only empty assurances are provided. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia My AirtelPrepaidBihar no9836xxx9xx is disconnected without any notice on6 April,10AM. I have already completed formalities on 4:19PM same day. Despite several prayer my services are still withheld.last 3 days I m visiting daily ur Begusarai outlet but no solution.

    @airtelindia has to be the worst broadband connection you could ever use. I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location. He wants to solve the problem on the call itself, because it saves his time. Worst company, worst service, worst customer experience!

    It's 2026. The AI era. And @airtelindia has me living like connectivity is a privilege, not a service I'm PAYING for. Fix this now or I'm switching ISPs and making sure everyone knows exactly why. This is the most pathetic customer service I've ever experienced. @TheSunilMittal

    @airtelindia from last 6 months i am just following up with airtel executives for my postpaid mobile connection for which i am unable to get GST credit on my GST no but there useless services is so prompt that they are just closing the service request all the time after 1-2 days.

Hwever, I ws billed the entire time despite repeated requests n tickets being closed without resolution. Expecting FULL refund of charges. Please confirm timeline. #Airtel #CustomerRights
