Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

@airtelindia This is very disappointing. I recharged with a plan that promised 2GB/day + unlimited data, but after the recharge I can only use 2GB and the “unlimited” data is not working at all. On top of that, the network is extremely poor and the signal keeps dropping.
