@excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

As a Platinum customer myself, i would like to thank @airtelindia for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I can't stress this enough how trash they are. Its been more than 16 days I applied & paid for Airtel Fibre, yet after escalating my issue everyday nobody showed up to install my internet.
