@excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

@airtelindia worst company,Worst service. Bad customer care. If a person want 2 port out from Airtel then Rs 155 recharge need to be done. That is not the end, 10 Rs recharge has also to be done along with 155 so that message on 1900 can be sent.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia By mistake I made a recharge on 9166797825 instead of 9166797822. On same day I registered a complaint on 198 and was assured you will get your recharge on 6th December. Today they are telling it isn't possible.
