They are misguiding public by bringing a Nepali girl saying “i returned to Airtel after trying other networks”, but in reality @Airtel_Presence is loosing its customers. Its high time they need to solve customer issues instead of relying on fake Open network.

Two MNCs @amazonIN and @AmericanExpress are setting Gold Standard for customer service in India & no Indian company is anywhere close. In fact the likes of @bigbasket_com @Paytm make you wonder #Whyme while @Flipkart & @airtelindia are ok but nowhere close to "Meets Expectations"

What i have learnt from @Airtel_Presence is, When you don’t have network at your place, simply opt for porting instead of waiting for the service provider to install tower at your place (being fooled of since 2 years) just to show your 14 years of loyalty with them @airtelindia

@BSNLCorporate is best for indoor room. Bas apke pas latest mobile hona chahiye. I used on Samsung ***. Where @airtelindia or @reliancejio don't have 5G networks. Their 4G speed is very poor. Use BSNL as secondary SIM atleast.
