Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

Your slogan “hum har jagah hain” doesn’t really seems to be valid in my area, as we have poor reception throughout. Have lodged in multiple complaints but not of use. We were informed that my number has now been permanently disconnected and cannot be restored through the store. We were advised to contact Airtel’s escalation team via the email IDs provided. We were also informed that the number will not be reallocated to another customer for 120 days, so there may still be an opportunity to review this case. I sincerely request @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to urgently escalate my case and help recover my number before it is permanently lost. I am ready to complete any verification or documentation immediately.
