    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

    @airtelindia Horrible Billing experience with Airtel broadband. Your billing system can not support plans you are marketing, especially, annual plans. Renewal I did in Airtel app with new plan didn't reflect in billing system (1/3)

    @meenaambwani @airtelindia Yes. RBL, SBI too was sending me someone's account statements, withdrawal, card swipes details. Sadly I have a SBI a/c. So it used to be daily shock for me. Problem s none of d service providers/banks ask customers to confirm their registered mail ID before taking it on record.

    @airtelindia Why aitel made such big mistake, resister the sim on some another person's name & during this 12 years I have called many time in customer care. Every time they asked abt name & address, even that time also they couldn't notice that my name differ in registery.

    @airtelindia you guys are doing everything to bring new customers with free sim delivery for new sim and port. However, same facilities is not available for existing customers if they want to get sim replacement due to damage. Sab paise ka khel hai, service sab bhul gaye.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This place doesn't require upgradation.a week ago, the network here was in excellent condition. No buffering even on hd videos on YouTube. But since then, something has happened here, and now not even 144p runs smoothly. And this is more annoying.
