    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had an existing unlimited pack activated on new sim, I used up the daily data because i was recommended a small pack by the vendor. Now I recharged new unlimited pack to be on top of existing, BUT IT WONT ADD UP! HELP! DM. ASAP.

    Bad customer service @airtelindia One of the airtel customer service workers has not been able to clarify my doubts (very arrogant ). They are always pinpoint the other department in airtel. I want to report an employee who's working at airtel. #airtelistrash #airteldown

    @airtelindia Fed up with using Airtel 4G network. You advertising Airtel is India's fastest network.But 4g network speed is poorer than GPRS speed. I am facing this issue in a urban area. Contacted customer care and created multiple tickets. No resolution so far.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still we are not getting good signal for both data and voice then for which reason you guys are increased a tarriff plans in Chennai 🥺🥺🥺 i think its the right time to switch from Airtel to BSNL 👌👌👌We are recharging for 4g data and using 2g data

    @airtelindia In last two days net data disappeared from Airtel network without usage but no satisfactory reply from customer care, people should get reply and compensate the loss. I am also the sufferer.
