    @airtelindia My DTH problem more then a week. I try to call your customer care nothing will connect waiting period 15 minutes and try to use your airtel app nothing happen it’s waste of time may I continue my connection or disconnect!! your suggestion please!!

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    What's happening in @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a complaint regarding internet is not connecting from 14th aug at 12pm but still I didn't get a single call from airtel representative, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE from airtel and this is not a 1st time.

    @airtelindia Airtel Payments Bank, there is no direct facility to call..there is only call back request choice, which is of no use. Nobody helps to solve the problem. Regret opting Airtel Fastag.. for resolution, pl 9976116889

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

    @airtelindia Dear Customer, Your Ref. no. 657383394 for Relocation Request has been assigned to our Service Engineer Praveen jagtap (9561371248) for resolution. The resolution was 6July n no response till date. Your 198 advisor is hopeless just postponing things

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber (100 Mbps plan) has been broken since 01 July — Complaint 11033994877 / 11034261077. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work. Fix this or refund me. #AirtelFailedMe #airtel #jio

    @airtelindia worst bloody service. since 3 pm until 11.30 pm now the wifi has not been fixed. instant service is not provided. the pole is right front of my gate and i have a problem. my job goes at stake because of your stupidity. fix it or remove this **** from my house.
