    What's happening in @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a complaint regarding internet is not connecting from 14th aug at 12pm but still I didn't get a single call from airtel representative, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE from airtel and this is not a 1st time.

    @SandipGhose @kkalpu Users are at the mercy of telcos. Payment on @airtelindia portal proved risky, inspite of bank confirmation Airtel denies payment, lodged case with ciber police. Am not alone found another person in same situation. Is any one willing to help on cyber crime case?

    @airtelindia , you are marking huge about your 5G plus in Chennai and the picture I am sharing is a location in Chennai where there is no 5G connectivity and you may check the 4G speed at the same location. How can anyone trust the network?

    Airtel Black claims they dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days. Daily they committing issue will get resolved today but nothing happening @airtelindia Blackout.

    @airtelindia How overwhelming it is to survive just with brand name and not efficient service ? I raised a issue with my broadband on 16th December ser. Rq. No.125581416. Issue still not resolved and we are Deeply distressed with your poor service. Work on your logistics.

    im thrilled to share that i have joined @reliancejio as their ISP team lead - as a part of my role, i have to do absolutely nothing and act like an AI chatbot just like the rest of the so-called humans on their team thanks for all the well wishes, am switching my wifi to @airtelindia as a joining day ritual, i will throw away the imaginary router @reliancejio promised to give but never delivered i will also be enrolling in anger management classes worth double the money i already paid for the wifi because words aren't enough to express the built-up frustration infuriating inside me all hail divine feminine rage

    Very worst customer service on WiFi. As raising the complaint, the customer service responding casually to attend the service itself takes 48hrs. If you got more customers and have to give proper service too. Lagging of customer service.😨😨 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
