    This is absolutely the lowest of all service standards I have ever experienced. After procrastinating for a month, a complaint was recorded on 12th May with an assuarnce to follow up within 2 days. Despite several reminders its yet to be resolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I requested one sim from Airtel 5 days back and called customer service everyday to know the status because every time they told me that my request will be completed within 24hrs. After 120hr, customer care told me that I need to go to the Airtel store. @airtelindia
