It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

We barely get 1 or 2 bars of network inside the IITG campus, forget using 4G! Any plans to actually improve your network or is it done just for the ads?
