    @airtelindia Hi I have registered a complaint regarding internet issue. Once I received a msg some one tried reaching me. All of sudden compliant is closed. After paying in the current crises situation, internet speed is very poor. Nonsense

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a way to talk to the support team? I’ve tried 121 around 10 times, still no luck, the IVR options doesn’t direct me to a representative. This is annoying and frustrating. Expecting to have a call back arranged.

    @airtelindia My DTH problem more then a week. I try to call your customer care nothing will connect waiting period 15 minutes and try to use your airtel app nothing happen it’s waste of time may I continue my connection or disconnect!! your suggestion please!!

    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    @airtelindia @airtelnews What a pathetic support and appellate team you have. When raised complaint through app, It was closed. When followed up via email, the issue resolution is pending since last 1.5 months. SR created and closed at will of support team. SR#-13908963228

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers.

    @TRAI Horrible speed on my Airtel network n here at New Panvel usarli khurd vichumbhe no 5G network i have to rely on 4g which is too slow i tried jio which does not have any network n Vi is too weak here as well @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence moved my 5 postpaid mobile numbers and opted for airtel air fiber 100 mbps as 40 mbps was lagging. Now, everything has stopped working. Both Jio and Airtel seems to be gone! Airtel is better than jio, but very bad issues now. no network
