    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very disappointed to see that company has not enough engineers to resolve the complaints regarding broadband connections. I registered complaint today about no Internet, but company will send engineer tomorrow. 😡😡😡😡You don't care

    @airtelindia You might have so many customers but your service is very pathetic. No mind at all. You disconected my services twice and no resolution yet. Getting a new connection is easy then resolving an issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service. I did recharge of 479 Rs on 1st May fom Airtel app. Money deducted from my account but recharge did not happen. My outgoing service have also been disconnected. what kind of service is this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service request- 35337768 . It’s been 4 days that i’ve contacted the customer service for replacement of my defective exstream STB remote control.I was told it would be resolved within 24 hours and now onground team is denying the stock available.

    @airtelindia what a poor experience, booked airtel fiber connections but during installation being told that installation is not free for 3 month advance rental. Heard it was working till yesterday and not offer expired.why it happened offer finished one day before .

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I moved to an area without Airtel WiFi, but they kept pressuring me to recharge for a year. Due to this, I ported my number to Jio—they’ve now lost me as a customer.

    @Indian_Analyzer @airtelindia ur network/ cust serv is the worst in India. Your 5G/ unlimited data in Mumbai City (not suburbs) is horrible. Lifts, home, train,no network. 23 years later porting out seriously u r bad. Per ur protocol don't ask me to DM my nos or details. Not interested anymore.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got Airtel Fiber installed just 2 days ago, and the experience is pathetic. Extremely slow speed, constant buffering, and poor wire installation. When I raised a complaint today, the technician didn't visit and spoke very rudely to me on the call.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, CDA Sector-13, Cuttack has been facing Airtel internet blackout for a long time. Network stuck on 2G, no data. For such pathetic service, why charge premium? We have had enough - now planning to switch to Jio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you ask customers to check their DMs to reassure the public during the outage, but you neither acknowledge nor respond to the DM. Since there was a confirmed service outage, make sure necessary billing credits are applied to both WiFi and mobile services and confirm back @TRAI
