    @airtelindia upgraded to Airtel one plan .Neither completely installed. Netflix not working .Speed around 20 mbps. Numerous Visit to stores,mails has not been enough to get them out of deep slumber.customer service does not exist in this company.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @airtelindia Rather resolve my concern given me the advice to use Airtel Thanks App, whereas nothing is useful inside the app. Neither has any option to, if your payment get stuck and not added to wallet nor customer care exective available to sort such issue. Continue 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence This is my issue: My sim 8297778884 was not working and I tried replacing the sim card with the same number at Airtel store,but getting photo mismatch error.And looks like there is nothing that Airtel can do to fix it and resolve my issue.@airtelindia @airtelnews
