    @airtelindia Submitted my Airtel Xtreme broadband connection shifting request 2 days back, your executive promised me that the whole process will take 24 hrs only . It 3rd day still no one visited previous address for shifting purpose. Pathetic service 🙄 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia lodged complaint of non working of WiFi on 7th and response received was to attend on 12th. Unable to digest, is this the service by a reputed concern with which I have been associated for the last about 20 yrs

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kya service hai ye. internet frequently disconnect ho rha hai. service request raise ki, call aa rha h uthate hi cut ho jata hai, return lg ni rha hai. 3 bar cut hone se request close kar di.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews This is unacceptable. Your engineer marked shifting NOT FEASIBLE, yet neither service nor allowing disconnection.Fiber works in other towers in the same society just meters away, why not here? Either activate OR disconnect &stop billing.

And airtel cares are the most careless support I've ever seen. Was feeling airtel is bad but now can say it's the worst. If anyone is planning to install Airtel, do not!

    @JioCare @airtelindia (1/2) People say "Customer is King", but these 3 years of internet service from @JioCare were like torture—humiliating and frustrating. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by letting me use their service every time there was an issue.
