    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago internet is not working on computers at home. Whule airtel says "as per update internet is working at your home". Whereas noone visited and my kids are for 5 days now without online classes. Pathetic, pathetic service by airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yaar Bahut He Beysharam Bandey Ho Tusi Airtel Wale. I have complained several times for Network Problem & Call Dropping Issues. But No Solution Providing Yet. Are you competing with BSNL ? Infact BSNL have improve their Services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been bound to write you on twitter cause the Nodal Team and the Appellate Team don’t respond to the E-mails and the issues are still pending. This is not so good effective handling of issues and poor customer satisfaction.

    Applied for broadband on 29/6/2021 , paid Rs 3536 advance for 3 months plan,order ID 6815624300607995904,but not installed till now, it’s been 12 days , no response from customer care, poor service,worst experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Seems like @Airtel_Presence will take forever to solve simple queries like shifting the landline/Broadband service in the Era of WFH! Already been 7 days of followup but not able to succeed yet! Hope I won't lose my job due to you guys @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Submitted my Airtel Xtreme broadband connection shifting request 2 days back, your executive promised me that the whole process will take 24 hrs only . It 3rd day still no one visited previous address for shifting purpose. Pathetic service 🙄 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia what a poor experience, booked airtel fiber connections but during installation being told that installation is not free for 3 month advance rental. Heard it was working till yesterday and not offer expired.why it happened offer finished one day before .

    @Airtel_Presence Worst experience ever! Really disappointing fibre connection.They took payments for 6 months in advance but net is not working for atleast 1 week every month & repair is never done in due time the service people say. So much problem @airtelindia causes on WEEKDAY

    @airtelindia I keep getting issues with my SIM saying "No SIM" and went to Customer Center at Chennai Selaiyur, they say change the SIM without providing resolution and i have asked to file a complaint and that not considered, whats your suggestion on this ?

    Dear @airtelindia - is it true that Airtel Postpaid users get a 4G priority network access over Prepaid users? I am currently on the 399 postpaid plan under Karnataka circle and looking at migrating to prepaid - will that affect my network, especially data.

    @Airtel_Presence Still no response, no call. I simply think I should plan 15 days in advance before an issue occurred. They take atleast a year to resolve the issue . Very bad customer service. Even in thanks app there is no section to get what u need. #AirtelPathetic #airtel #airtelindia
