    @airtelindia Whats going on Video network I have not been able to make a decent phone calls in the last three days. I know you got new customers because after the Vodafone debacle but that doesn’t mean you treat existing customers like rubbish.

    @airtelindia @Idea @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia Covid awareness b4 ring on calling via mobile is vgood but it may lead to serious problem when someone has to make urgent call concerning medical issues. Duration to be reduced.

    Moved to panchkula in september 2019. Its been 4 months facing network issues with @VodafoneIN daily, call getting drop, no 4G coverage. Have raised complaints several times, all the time I am getting response that we are installing new towers. @ergyanesh @airtelindia @PMOIndia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews suxx! Two months passed I took a number. Not able to use internet even 2G is not working. Filed complaints but no issues detected. Already charged 850 and again bill was sent of 588. Worst service by Airtel. Zero!

    @airtelindia ..But when I use this sim card in button phone(samsung guru) them network work properly. So please I am facing lot of problems for example bank otp, bussiness app message, bill payment, office call etc. So please do the needful please... It's urgent ...2/3

    If only @Airtel_Presence service reps were as enthusiastic about attending to service requests as they were to opening new connection requests. I got @airtelindia broadband last week and have had wifi for all of TWO HOURS!!! And not a single service person has responded
