    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience with airtel broadband speed. Been trying to call customer support but no 1 is answering. Applied for new connection, got a call in 2 miniutes. Hieghts! Just care about new connections and let existing suffer

    @airtelindia So, if a customer is facing a problem, the only way he can get a response is if he posts on twitter. Wow. Anyway, I raised an issue a week back as I am not able to shift my connection. I am moving in a week. Will I ever get help?

    @airtelindia when the truth is your so called 4G network doesn’t work most of the time & when there is 4G network it is as slow as 3G network in cities. U really need to work on providing with a stable network service if you are going on blabbering about your 4G network #airtel

    Dear @airtelindia I have not recharged you because Airtel does not have a networker where I live . So I urge you not to shut down my seam services I will definitely recharge when you have a good networker in my area. @Airtel_Presence
