    I am using airtel postpaid since couple of years but now days they provide worst network also after many complaints they closed complaint but not resolved network issue @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your **** network isn't working again, It's been a month I have requested a call back, can you stop having so trash customer service and arrange a call at anytime your super busy team (that does nothing) is available?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just received a message from Airtel saying that the service request I raised on the 9th will be resolved by the evening of the 17th in Delhi city. It’s hard to imagine what customers in other parts of the country must be going through.

    @airtelindia I’m disputing a ₹2,880 IR charge for calling — an Indian Global Travel Desk toll-free number. Your senior team acknowledged the number is Indian, yet Airtel classified it as “International” and charged ₹45/min. Complaint: 31-1000015416401.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Bill ₹1,178 already paid, but internet still isn’t working. 3 numbers ke liye ₹1,178/month, while prepaid plans offer 3GB/day at much lower cost. Then what’s the benefit of postpaid? Please resolve my internet issue.
