    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I opted for airtel prepaid to postpaid and now neither prepaid nor the postpaid are working. Now I was being told to visit airtel store. Its been more than 20hrs services has been stopped. I could have opted for jio postpaid. Can anyone help me

    @rockyandmayur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I sent them an email they replied with their general excuse that the email id is not registered with us, and how to register that they said you would receive an OTP on your number. Somebody tell these idiots of Airtel that this is what the issue is. I am not receiving SMS.

    @rockyandmayur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I couldn't agree more. Their service is pathetic, worst. I have been following up with them for more than 2 months for my SMS issues. Still no resolution. The worst thing is I even can't port my number to another carrier, as it too needs the SMS service.

    @airtelindia 2/2so now you are asking me to cancel the connection after 5 days of cheating saying I will get cnctn aftr 5 days it saying to cancel and wait for 7 working days for refund now ur worst customer service is saying to wait 24 hrs for cancellation also how worst your service is
