  @airtelindia I am surprised with how such a big company can be so service deficient. Wi-fi request raised 48 hours ago and not even a single technician is assigned. Sales person came immediately to get money, but neither I am getting refund nor service. #scam #CustomerExperience

  @airtelindia extremely unprofessional international call centre service. Your agents are not able to solve the query on top of it they disconnect the call.. Highly unacceptable

  @airtelindia Every month, the same issue. Sometimes a 1–2 day outage can be understandable if there is a genuine technical problem. But when the connection keeps going down every single month, that's not acceptable. This month alone, my Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days.

  Scam of 2026 by Airtel, exposed. You raise complaints to appellate authorities and what happens next , the ticket closes the very next day without a resolution, happened once after writing to concerned authorities and this is now second time, screenshot attached. How do they operate? You raise a ticket and you receive a sms acknowledging a ticket is open and will be resolved within 2 weeks and you wait for another email saying it resolved and you don’t receive it , you go back to app to check it is closed. You are in assumption that 2 week resolution was given and you forget and that is what they catch on to and close tickets ? Appellate authorities at Airtel are just a laughing stock bots. You send email , boom ticket is closed. Highly doubt if the individual actually exist or work to provide or to any complaints @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #Portoutairtel #airtel #nonetworkairtel

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seriously worst network. My network is zero from evening . Everytime I need to restart my phone to regain the netwrok for sometime . Both of my sims are having this issue. Location- anna nagar
