@Airtel_Presence I was not using an @airtelindia prepaid number for quite some time, but the day before yesterday I made a recharge of ₹128 to that number to resume the service. But the sim status is still - no service. Can you help in this regard?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dear Airtel, I have taken a broadband service from u. I want to upgrade my plan. When used the in-built chat support, it is asking to me to call 121. And only Airtel customers can make call to 121. What to do now, as I am have different sim?

Irrespective to that i was charged for 3 numbers monthly plan. Kowing that those 2 numbers never got ported and Airtel never did any followup either. Also after multiple complaints to the cust care for correcting the amount and to make it legtimate.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Out of 3 numbers only 1 number got ported and rest other remains on Vodafone(luckly good thing). After that i reached mutliple times to Airtel customer but no solution was provided rather i was put on hold for more than 20 minutes multiple times.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia pathetic customer support at Airtel aundh, Pune Center. Support team have all free time, theyvare doing all things except helping the customer. 5 members here, full busy in doing time pass instead of assisting. Writing this after waiting for 25 minutes.
