    Do not do payment in advance to @airtelindia for any of their service because they will not refund your money when you stop their service. Also, when you contact them via email or phone they will just say we are working on your request. For me it's been 2.5 months still no refund

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia (2/2) Also, there is no tentative timelines by when it get live. It's been a week since i have paid for the connection but not installed yet. My whole work is stucked. I didn't expect such poor service. I will never recommend airtel to anyone. @Airtel_Presence #poorservice

    @airtelindia Kindly arrange to transfer my landline and broadband connection from Bhopal to Delhi. Emailed and called customer service. But, it's taking quite a long time.
