    A better option is to switch to @airtelindia broadband that is not only cheaper but offers same features and some additional ones as well. Deeply disappointed with excitel and its customer service.

    @airtelindia I am not getting sms sometimes and it is very frustrating when I didn't receive OTP while doing bank transactions, I have raised a complaint and your team has assured me that it will be resolved in 12 Hrs, it's been 4 days still issue is not resolved.
