    @airtelindia Worst DTH service. HD channels were stopped without any intimation. Trying to reach out customer care but the line is busy since yesterday. @TRAI please try option to Port DTH operators as well.

    @airtelindia My personal experience is very very bad.Only one advice please please don’t ever think of buy Airtel DTH.Very unprofessionall people. They don’t even bother about customer. I am struggling from last one month.

    @airtelindia worst service I am calling them from last 1 month but unable to find any solution. 1st they split my secondary connection without my consent.After calling again and again got new ID. But again after recharge my connection it’s still not active.Hopeless

    @airtelindia Hi Team, Very pathetic policy. Today I called to order a new remote fory dth. The customer service told me to pay visiting charge of an engineer. The charge for new remote Rs 100 and Rs 50 for engineer to check the remote. How reasonable is the this.
