@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If I don't pay bills for a month or two you gonna call me 100 times a day but If I request for poor network n internet not a single call. You wnana discontinue my number go ahead. Resolve the issue. Call drops 10 times in a single minute call.

@Airtel india. Poorest network service provider. Once you consumed half of your daily limit then @airtelindia deliver 2mbps speed for your usage. And for that poorest serve they are claiming the best service provider recognition.

I think @airtelindia better to shutdown their broadband services in major cities like Hyderabad. When they can't able to provide proper internet facility and they are charging customers for the whole month of bill cycle. Even whole india customer care also facing downtime

I would like to add that your supervisor are very efficient in communicating what the customer wants to hear but that doesn't translate in your system. Is there anybody whom I can connect to in @airtelindia who can make decisions on call. Already tired of this. It's painful.
