    Seems like @Airtel_Presence will take forever to solve simple queries like shifting the landline/Broadband service in the Era of WFH! Already been 7 days of followup but not able to succeed yet! Hope I won't lose my job due to you guys @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys I made a shifting request fr my broadband from Blr to Cdg in November 22. Ur Customer care person told me 2 carry my modem to Cdg which I did but now ur guys r asking me to pay 3k n buy another modem which is foolish. Plz help me 🙏

    @TRAI @DoT_India Whn Digilocker documents r accptd by all thn why mobile companies r nt accptng the same. Had a very bad experience at @airtelindia store Sector 22, Chd. Not only thy refused to accpt document frm Digilocker thy also refused to give it in writing and misbehaved.

    @airtelindia You might have so many customers but your service is very pathetic. No mind at all. You disconected my services twice and no resolution yet. Getting a new connection is easy then resolving an issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paying for a 300 Mbps plan from Airtel and barely crossing 200 Mbps. Frequent outages. WiFi stops working every other day for hours. Technician comes and reset the network “by mistake”, had to reconnect all devices and still the speed sucks.

    airtelindia This is unacceptable! My network complaint (Req ID: CAGPS3EST20251113705919) is still unresolved and stuck at “agent assigned.” No service, no update. Fix this immediately or escalate!

    @airtelindia Navi mumbai Branch has been cheating customers by installing 5g Modem (AirFiber) instead of the Optical Fiber that they requested and charging for internet that dosen't work. The staff refuses to help. @DoT_India @jagograhakjago

    @AirtelIndia broadband is an absolute nightmare. WiFi barely works most of the time, WFH is impossible, and support is deliberately designed to be useless. You’ve hidden every way to reach a real human. That bot on the app is completely brainless, it understands nothing and just traps you in loops. How does a basic disconnection request not have a clear option? Or is making it difficult to leave part of the plan? This is beyond poor service, it’s outright customer harassment at this point. Get your act together.
