I don’t want to follow such workarounds. Need a genuine solution. Requesting proper support without misleading steps.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi at home is not working for last 2 days…money is being paid on time…but coming to service…it’s becoming worse. The agent is disconnecting my call and no some seems interested in resolving..I am trying to get hold of someone to get my internet at home working again. Don’t think only about money, think of service as well..pathetic..seems needs to change my ISP immediately…
