@airtelindia Rather resolve my concern given me the advice to use Airtel Thanks App, whereas nothing is useful inside the app. Neither has any option to, if your payment get stuck and not added to wallet nor customer care exective available to sort such issue. Continue 1/2

Airtel harassment multiple billing saga continues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for #airtelonehome plan I have been issued 5 bills. Paid still services disconnected. Their system is absolute.They have not been able to resolve issue even on 62nd day, after 8 store visits.

If you say you are not happy with the service they we harass you and They don’t accept cancellation request for poor service as this brings fault on them.
