    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys I made a shifting request fr my broadband from Blr to Cdg in November 22. Ur Customer care person told me 2 carry my modem to Cdg which I did but now ur guys r asking me to pay 3k n buy another modem which is foolish. Plz help me 🙏

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been bound to write you on twitter cause the Nodal Team and the Appellate Team don’t respond to the E-mails and the issues are still pending. This is not so good effective handling of issues and poor customer satisfaction.

    @airtelindia You might have so many customers but your service is very pathetic. No mind at all. You disconected my services twice and no resolution yet. Getting a new connection is easy then resolving an issue.

    @Airtel_Presence It has been 3 days, and I was promised 8 hours SLA.. a simple request for shifting the connection is not being completed, really bad customer service guys, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia being a market leader, it should show some sense of customer service!

    @Airtel india. Poorest network service provider. Once you consumed half of your daily limit then @airtelindia deliver 2mbps speed for your usage. And for that poorest serve they are claiming the best service provider recognition.

    @airtelindia Submitted my Airtel Xtreme broadband connection shifting request 2 days back, your executive promised me that the whole process will take 24 hrs only . It 3rd day still no one visited previous address for shifting purpose. Pathetic service 🙄 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service request- 35337768 . It’s been 4 days that i’ve contacted the customer service for replacement of my defective exstream STB remote control.I was told it would be resolved within 24 hours and now onground team is denying the stock available.

    Pure scam by @airtelindia AirFiber. First no connectivity, then all complaint requests got auto-closed, now the AirFiber account itself disappeared from Airtel Thanks app. Customer care says “no information available.” Paid ₹1500 on 15 March and now nobody takes responsibility.

    @airtelindia very very very frustrated with your internet speed it's slow that 2G. I did complain in your so called airtel thanks app but every time it's given nothing else. Tell me if you are not able to solve I do portability of another company.

    @airtelindia do not make recharge online with airtel, they deduct your money and do not renew your plan just give you transaction ID nothing else. At Customer care no human to reply either on call or on chat.

    @airtelindia Poor service in my area Bebadohal, Maval, Pune. Its been a year Im airtel airfiber user & everyday facing internet issues where speed is hardly 70-80kbps. Whenever I called customer care answer is same team is working on it & will resolve in 4hrs. Highly disappointed

    @airtelnews @airtelindia There is NO PROPER SYSTEM in AIRTEL to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644
