  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

  After 15 yrs into @airtelindia , fed up with the worst @Airtel_Presence service, finally saying goodbye. Porting to @reliancejio . They say no1 spam fighting network and yet they themself spam with 10+ systematic calls per day.

  10/10 @airtelindia — I’ve given Airtel more than enough opportunities to resolve this. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I’ve raised SRs. I’ve escalated. I don’t need another “24–48 hours.” I need a confirmed installation date and the IPTV service I have already paid for.
