    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm disappointed with your service.. our address is changed and we shifted on Thursday. None of your Airtel service is responding for shifting broadband from old address to new. I made numerous calls asking update.. None responded. Kindly solve it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Placed order 10th Aug for IP tv with commitment for getting it installation done in 24 hours, whole week gone none of the team member reverted. Why ? Poor customer care service where normal people puzzled by clicking endless numbers without getting solution. Visited sector 137 Center also .

    @airtelindia How can you deny a customer to choose his desired pack and force to puchase higher amount pack? Hellow @TRAI..is it pemited for the mobile operaters to deny customer the selection of plans ? ₹299 pack is denied now... @jagograhakjago have you noticed it?

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Question the same network and Tower are used by Reliance jio but they are better in services and this government company is worse in services. By sale of sim in 1 rupees they will bring more losses as they should focus on network issue 😞😞

    @airtelindia If you are unable to provide a basic relocation service, should I just take a Jio connectioninstead? The way this issue is being handled is making me seriously consider switching providers. Please stop giving the same response and actually resolve the issue.

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia You'll be surprised to know that the lazy Babus have started responding and acting too. I have BSNL broadband since 4 years, moved 2 states in between. No complaints in service except the closure/transfer process. Seen AE's respond immediately in both states.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄
