I requested @airtelindia to stop characterising my request as a plan change or misbehaviour complaint. All requests are ignored conveniently and I am about to get updates on the action taken towards the employee misbehaviour(?).

@airtelindia today i'm quitting from your services because my number got deactivated without any prior notice and no one helped me on this. All my financial transactions are stuck due to that number. I am warning all airtel users to not believe in the service of airtel.

Well, the Airtel Tweet in the reply seems like they asked for the executive details to action this immediately. @airtelindia customer care is like a cult. They can't do anything the My Airtel App cannot and additionally they punish their own when they do nothing.
