@Chakra_Panii @airtelindia Looks like they have made it intentionally that way so that less concerns are reported. Even if you somehow manage to raise a ticket you won't find resolution on app. You will have to connect to their call center which again itself is tedious. So this is intentional

I have been facing WiFi disconnection since last 4 days. I have purchased and installed Airtel Black 1099 plan in January and since then facing continuously WiFi disconnection. I have raised complaint at Airtel thanks app vide ticket number 10145958327 @airtelindia @VittalGopal

Hello can someone suggest how to make a consumer complaint against @airtelindia i have received one receipt of Rs. 2100 payment however I have no relationship with Airtel money. In the past as well I have complained and received written confirmation and assurance.
