    Airtel one plan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has not been disconnected even after visiting the airtel showroom in sector 27 on 16th October.I have already informed them about 5 bills i was made to pay for 3 months. The dth connection was not working from 22nd July.lot of issues

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If I don't pay bills for a month or two you gonna call me 100 times a day but If I request for poor network n internet not a single call. You wnana discontinue my number go ahead. Resolve the issue. Call drops 10 times in a single minute call.

    Seems like an employee @airtelindia has to go to each database server, fire up the VIM and manually edit the record to update the email address corresponding to a number. Otherwise, it makes no sense why it takes more than 2 weeks even after talking to customer care.
