I requested for new Airtel Black Yesterday morning. Customer Care person said Executive will contact you in 4 hrs & it has been above 24 hrs. Even today called twice bt no response. I was expecting better service from you guys. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic new product support teams. No one is ready to handle queries. On a 10mins call, I was redirected 5 times to different departs Support to WiFi to Prepaid to WiFi to Prepaid. Everyone raised their hand saying we don’t take care of it
