    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why are your service engineers so complacent? I had sent you a broadband fault complaint via DM 3 days ago & NOTHING has happened. Yesterday I get a dishonest SMS that the issue has been resolved.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last month upgrade my broadband to fibre. Today morning to till now internet not working. LOS red blinking. Call to service person they said busy. Then go to ThillaiNagar Trichy, tamilnadu airtel care to register a complaint. (1/3)
