    Since I don't have @airtelindia network at work, I cannot perform online banking because it requires OTP sent via sms. Thank you for not doing anything on my complaint made six months back.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio , I just have BSNL and a local Services provider at my place, BSNL is down maximum times and local ISP is way too overpriced like 2000 Rs. for 100 Mbps that too with no extras, here more than 200 individual connections are needed

    @airtelindia 1 service request for replacement of modem unresolved since 1 month. Airtel, this is beyond my understanding. Your not-so-smart customer care lodges complaint as "Internet not working", an officer calls and closes complaint. Modem still not replaced. Beyond pathetic.

    1/3 How to lose customers? Learn from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For few weeks, in our area, a broadband connection is having a frequent outage. It's awful! Despite raising help tickets daily, the issue is recurring.

    @airtelindia It's been 2 days since my mobile number was activated. OtP and other SMS have stopped coming ever since I got ported in Airtel. Mobiles are 9754001244. solve solution @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Why are your service limited to advertisements only. Why can't you actually help your coustmers? I am not able to make a proper phone call without disconnecting the call 20 times first.

    @SunnySen @airtelindia @ACTFibernet I have been a victim too of Airtel DTH neglect. Had put a complaint of non working of set-up box & Remote on 9th June. No resolution till 19th June other than empty promises
