    @airtelindia from last 10 days I raised an issue regarding my bill payments and why there is so many add onn on my bill and still airtel customer care number is not reachable. Waiting for a response from airtel.

    The customer service of @airtelindia is degrading. I advise @airtelindia to change their customers service handle to airtel_absence. That will make more sense.

    @airtelindia I have been facing my internet connectivity issue since I have got my number port from Vodafone.. I complained on very first day and it been 5 days since I am waiting to get this resolved ... I have not got any update from your side .. it's frustrating now

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today while working from home I faced a severe issue during creating hotspot from my phone through AirTel Postpaid SIM. The connection kept dropping. I swapped my phone as well to check if it's my phone. But the issue persisted. Please fix.

    @airtelindia Guys if you are unable to deliver good network in 4G at my location, roll back 3G I don’t care but I need a working network where browsing doesn’t feel like a headache. Really tired of doing Aeroplane mode to refresh network 🙏 do something It’s been 4months🤔

    @airtelindia India what’s going on with your network at Rajiv Swagruha, Rayachoti? This isn’t a minor glitch — multiple users here are getting zero signal. No calls, no data, nothing. For a company that claims strong coverage, this is completely unacceptable. People depend on your network for daily communication and work, and right now it’s a total blackout. Fix this immediately. Stop the empty promises and ensure basic connectivity where customers are actually paying for your service.

    @airtelindia @jio_fiber With a 100 Mbps monthly Jio Fiber plan, you get a whole lot of apps, daily buffering, and above all, no app opens at all. This is a daily ordeal with a monthly bill of ₹1,060.82. @reliancejio they offer you only 7 days to pay bill for this 5 star service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Facing serious internet speed issues with Airtel AirFiber in my area . Every evening the speed drops drastically. Getting only 5–7 Mbps download and 10–12 Mbps upload during peak hours (7 PM – 11 PM). This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the internet service for the last 7-10 days. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken, and I'm unable to reach customer care. Your service used to be great, but now it’s become pathetic. Please resolve this ASAP.

    @airtelindia not sure how and what kind of tower setup you have done in ravet pune, but want to bring you to notice that whenever there is power cut in area network strength reduces and so does the internet speed even it stops working totally, and also there is lot of power cut
