@airtelindia my Airtel Xtreme Fiber broadband is not working since Saturday, 22nd February. Filed complaint on the app which is 'still in progress'. Frustrated like anything being dependent on mobile hotspot. Just not expected @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown #disappointed

@airtelindia @airtelnews While giving new connection you guys came in the same day I called you but now for service you have been rescheduling for more than a week. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever encounter. My next step would be change service provider.
