    @airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.

    Hey @airtelindia I am a dissatisfied Airtel Black subscriber. Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor. Please instruct your call centre that customers have the right to escalate their problems, if the point of contact person, is unable to resolve it. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @AiRTEUP Today again my airtel is not working. So again I should wait untill 24 hours, kyuki usse pehle to airtel wifi thik kar nahi sakta hai. Har hafte wifi me problem hoti hai aur thik hone me 24 hours lagte hain. Meri sabhi se advice hai ki airtel ka wifi use na kare.

    @airtelindia 2/4 Instead of refunding my money, Airtel transferred the balance from my old/wrong DTH ID 3042061966 to my current DTH ID 3069968927 and is treating the matter as “resolved”. The current balance shown is ₹3,259.88. This is NOT the resolution I was promised or requested.

    @airtelindia I’ve been facing serious network issues in my area,especially on my phone.I contacted customer care 4 days ago and was told the issue would be resolved within 2–3 hours,but there has been no improvement yet. Please resolve this within the next 2 hours.Otherwise,(1/2)

    @airtelindia day in and day out your servers idk have stopped working. Earlier there used to be just one bar and now that is gone too. You just suck money bro. You close the complaint on your own without resolving. I hope you rot which is not going to happen though!

    @Airtel_Presence This is the second consecutive day I am facing connectivity issues. I had registered a local complaint, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Your service is very poor. Not happy with the service. @airtelindia
