  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is very bad service, I have to get my airtel broadband fiber shifted, I have requested on the app, no help and then mailed too, no one is replying. If there is no service in my area then cancel my connection and return my balance. 😡

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your form for a new broadband connection is not working. Even though the city and address match, it throws an error. The IVR doesn't let me speak to a person, and sends me back to the online form. So frustrating.

  Recharge happened to wrong airtel number thru googlepay recharge. Both airtel & googlepay can't help. Both of them pointing others can help. Is this heights of digitalisation. In case of worst support anyone will prefer the operator or payment method @airtelindia @GooglePayIndia
