    @airtelindia 8 days since set top box stopped working. Reported on call, email, x & visited airtel store. No fix. Except that you have raised a Service request, nothing happens. I regret having opted for airtel, I'm shifting to @JioCare, hope they don't disappoint.

    I was thinking that only my complaint was pending from 20 + days. But when I checked on X there are no. of complaints and many customers like me are cheated and ignored and no one is ready to listen. Is this ur presence and priority? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelpriority

    @airtelindia INSPITE OF COMPLAINT AT 121, FROM PAST 5 DAYS WI FI IS NOT WORKING. EVERYDAY IT IS REPLIED NEXT DAY IT WILL RESOLVED BUT NO IT IS NOT RESOLVED. KINDLY GIVE THE UNUSED SERVICE REFUND. IF YOU R NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE KINDLY DEACTIVATE IMMEDIATELY

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream i am a Chennai Customer and i have given a request for Shifting my Wi-Fi connection on June 6th, it should have been completed in 24-48 hours as per the airtel website. It’s now 7 DAYS! I STILL haven’t received any assigned technician, no msg or call!

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”
