    @reliancejio @airtelindia Jio needs better network coverage in Bangalore not true 5g. What will we do with true 5g with poorest coverage. Airtel atleast have better coverage. I have been complaining about network issue from last few years nothing has happened with Jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband not working and connection is getting dropped since yesterday. Raised a complaint, Very poor service from your engineer. They are not trained,wire was cut and engineer just fix the issue on a temporary basis. Still facing the same issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Our broadband connection in our premises is down due to fire broke out this morning at 5 AM at an electric pole near our building. Tried to lodge a complaint but nothing happened. My ID is 03385167372_dsl. Kindly restore the line ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you guys in the past have initiated the 5G services in the country but still provide a pathetic 4G service and even in the capital city your services are very much disappointed further not upto the mark as you claim in your advertisements and promot.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised request for waiver for the number of days when your service of Xtream fiber was not working. But ticket was closed without any resolution and it has not been discussed as well. What a worst customer support

    @airtelindia hi Team I have been airtel subscriber for past 10 years approx. But sorry to say I am really unhappy with your customer service. Network us down in my area for whole day . I am told it will be fixed 28 Feb Is it some joke. There are 3 airtel connections at my home
