Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .

Service that worked reasonably earlier is now inconsistent. Kindly escalate, check the line/area issue, and provide a permanent resolution instead of temporary “it will be fixed in a few hours” responses. Will DM registered number and Broadband ID.
