@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been registering service requests to resolve my network issues since last 2 months. Complaints are closed without resolving issue. Airtel customer since last 5 years but of late Airtel’s service on the ground has deteriorated. Time to change?

@airtelindia The shittiest service provided by Airtel (The leading company in Networks). Let me tell how it's leading. By taking the money of 4g Speed from the customers giving them the speed of "KBPS". This how they are leading their company.

Airtel's ARPU is not my concern. It's their prerogative. Network coverage issues plague all Operators without exception. We have to live with it.
