    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have been charged international roaming wo/ opting for it. Automatically activated without consent. Then consumed 8 mb of data in background. Charged 850rs~. Using airtel for more than 10yrs. Yet no solution. To all others, be cautious of this fraud

    @airtelindia The flash messages keep popping up incessantly. When I called customer care, one representative said it was a phone setting issue, while another claimed it would stop if I turned off the 'Broadcast Message' option in the messaging settings.

    Dear @airtelindia, I have raised 3 SRs and sent emails, sharing my UPI ID, transaction ID, reference number, and payment proof every time. Yet every ticket is closed without resolution, and my services have been barred. Kindly resolve this immediately. Latest SR: 31-1000014958173

    @airtelindia This is beyond frustrating. My office Airtel broadband goes down almost every 3rd or 4th day. Outage means another complaint,another promise, another temp. fix. A business can’t run like this. SR. 11035655727 #airtel #Broadband #CustomerService

    @pintu29290227 @airtelindia Airtel is a fraudster. They will not fix the issue and will close the issue with false messages. Neither they bother to respond to complaints or take feedback.

    Kindly recall @Airtel_Presence even after sending details on dm till now no resolution as still getting error for complaint made yesterday while trying to access airtel selfcare website. If further delayed with no proper resolution matter to be escalated @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I immediately raised a complaint and received an email assuring me that my issue was being given "immediate attention" and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. That promise was never fulfilled.Since then:I have sent multiple emails with no resolution.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence since 5 days no resolution provided against my request YTK8EHR84N . Called daily multiple times however no resolution and no status... pathetic airtel and their staff members .. such a poor service
