    What the heck @airtelindia from last one and the half day my wifi is not working you keep telling in 5-6 hours it will get resolved but still no resolution. Ruined my weekend. And while you will generate bill you gonna sent me alert. And now no resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence NRI in USA here. My prepaid validity till April 2027 was accidentally wiped out/overwritten when I recharged a new annual plan. Sent email to 121 but need technical team to manually restore my expiry to April 2028. Please DM to help.

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates why you have such a pathetic service. Once your internet is down to resolve that u take at least 10 days. If you can’t provide service refund my remaining money, I will take other services provider like @airtelindia

    @airtelindia was unable to make a UPI payment this morning due to "slow network", in Hyderabad. Why is it so? What if the person is in an emergency? This isn't the first time this is happening, and its very frequent occurrence.

    Network performance is a complete disaster. Supposed "5G/4G" barely works—frequent call drops and dead speeds on both primary & family add-on SIMs. On top of that, endless spam calls daily. Why are customers paying heavy bills for zero quality control? @airtelindia

Technical difficulties will be dealt with ASAP irrespective of your patience because हर एक friend ज़रूरी होता है।
