    @airtelindia @airtelnews I’ve raised port request frm Jio to Airtel & sometime back jio sim network vanished and I put Airtel sim in mobile bt the irony is I’m not getting network. I’ve restarted my device and did everything bt no success. my no. 9021990281

    @nitin1315 @airtelindia @TRAI There will be a lot more consequences in near future, having very few service providers in this domain. There will be a monopoly soon. There is no recharge to keep your number active for a year (minimum is 79/28 days now from 49). 13 months a year as per the telecom industry😠

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst customer service !! Our service request 135226100 pending since yesterday with no solution at sight. Someone called yesterday n said he’s coming but no one came . We r calling continuously at helpline but no response!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm unable to recieve msgs & when i tried to call complaint no. 198 it's saying it's a chargeable no. What the crap? How is a customer supposed to lodge a complaint? 1st you don't offer services then you charge for lodging a complaint? @DoT_India

    @airtelindia My prepaid airtel sim is not working in United States, even though I've recharged it with International roaming pack before leaving India. I have limited funds and all my banking transactions require OTP on my mobile no. (8404985645). Please rectify it urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My DTH ID is 3006185061. I raised a service request today with no. 47605035. Your team unilaterally changed the status of this request as RESOLVED. No one visited me and it's resolved? What a pathetic service to 10 year old customer.
