    What a joke. In many parts of India 5G networks has started working but in my place @airtelindia is not able to load my whatsapp messages most of my data will gets unused and one more issue is after almost everyday after evening time @airtelindia 4G network speed gets so slow.

    Networks run very slow. I have complained many times that same problem is coming again. After connecting the hotspot it runs like the world's cheapest network. Do not understand what to do.๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am seeing ads in wynk and xtream even after the recharge of 558 (original price 598). I have been trying to troubleshoot this problem since the start of lockdown and I am really disappointed at your service. Please solve this issue.

    @airtelindia Still no action. I found another contact who raised another ticket. The engineer was assigned for today, but he is not here and is not picking up the phone. Even in DM, there was no response. Is the customer supposed to just suffer and keep finding contacts? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My issue didnt got resolved since 12 july 2026, very poor internet service & bad staff behaviour. Tried raising multiple service ticket in past week but every time the service tam calls to take OTP but never visits. Closing ticket without resolution.

    What a pathetic bunch of service guys you have in Chennai, @airtelindia ! Wifi issues persist for two weeks. Raised complaints repeatedly getting closed without resolution. Horrible!

    Hello @airtelindia My network not working, as per your customer care 198 she informed either your number 9936964835 not recharge for 90 days or KYC not done but both are done๐Ÿ‘ kyc showing successful. My number is important please restore my number as soon as possible.

    Dear @airtelindia, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. My Airtel Xstream Fiber stopped working. Despite repeated complaints, the issue wasn't fixed. Instead, your technicians advised us to take a completely new broadband connection, assuring 1/8
