    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had tried to convert my SIM card to ESIM. it failed and SIM card got deactivated. I am trying to get new activated SIM card from Mumbai, Goregaon branch, however they tell me that since number is of Pune, I have to go to Vasai. Please help.

    @airtelindia i team, since one week we are facing network issues in our locality. Every airtel users face network drop issues, whr 4 min 30 to 60 mins network won't be there. Pin 402402 MH. Even now it is not there, i have used JIO network to tweet this.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @reliancejio please provide a cell tower for our village (Nindali, Balayapalli Mandal, Andhra Pradesh 524406). I have contacted you couple of years back but didn’t get any response. Call quality is very poor and internet speeds are very slow.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For a couple days our Internet connectivity of our business grade link is down. The same happened last week too. Why can’t Airtel address this quickly? How can business grade links, that we pay lot more for be down for so long? #AirtelDown

    Hi, @airtelindia its been 4 days since I complained about not being able to use internet properly and it still hasn't gotten fixed. I was given around 10 days for the issue to be fixed. Imagine during this time of digital age not being able to use internet for 10 days. (1/n)
