    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am seeing ads in wynk and xtream even after the recharge of 558 (original price 598). I have been trying to troubleshoot this problem since the start of lockdown and I am really disappointed at your service. Please solve this issue.

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel since last few years... It was not exilent but still as a Indian we adjusted... But now it's unbearable ... Unable to make call , to clear voice, slow internet.... Many more issues

    What a joke. In many parts of India 5G networks has started working but in my place @airtelindia is not able to load my whatsapp messages most of my data will gets unused and one more issue is after almost everyday after evening time @airtelindia 4G network speed gets so slow.

    @airtelindia your wifi is not working from past 72 hours. Ground staff is saying main line is closed, we don't know when it will be restored, some one said technician is on leave we can't do anything. This is how u serve customers

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is extremely frustrating. My Airtel Xstream Fiber/Wi-Fi issue is still not resolved despite multiple technician assignments and repeated promises of callbacks, as shown in the attached screenshot. The problem keeps getting rescheduled

    @airtelindia wanted to Highlight poor and unprofessional service from your customer care. I had visited Airtel Gallery in April and placed account cancellation request,i was asked to pay outstanding dues, which I did. I got message of cancellation same time.

    Dear @airtelindia, paying for broadband every month just to lose internet for 2–4 days every single month is unacceptable. In our area, outages have become routine, yet there’s no accountability.Customer support gives scripted responses, but the problem never gets fixed. #Airtel

    @airtelindia ..I haven't received any resolution. I have also sent PORT to 1900 several times but have not received the UPC required for porting. I'm just being sent from one process to another. Please help resolve this issue or connect me with someone who can via DM @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    Thank u @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for your wonderful support of just automated reply we have paid your distributor ₹200 in place of ₹50 bcoz without a phone most works gets pending. And please don't call to give offers on port out of all our 4nos and fiber. @TheSunilMittal
