    Saddened by the @airtelindia service. Xstream fiber not get shifted within city. Area already having xstream fiber connectivity but reason stated is all available slots within 200m are full as a result can't be able to shift it. Great way of retaining a customer @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Very poor service provider, since last 6;days I had made payment of Airtel DTH and still no Engineer has come to install it and daily they are saying that will do it tomorrow and their tomorrow never come. Request you to please take Action.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews this is the drawback when one agrees to your request to deal on DM. Either you donot bother or you close the case, which you have done again without going into the problem. Mat I request Airtel to open my case and address properly

    I want to cancel my postpaid wifi but there is no option in the app to do so and no customer support for that @airtelindia I had not used wifi but still i had to pay the charge of the month
