    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

    @airtelindia This kind of misleading message breaks customer trust. At the very least, provide a proper 5G service. Why would anyone pay ₹350 per month just to receive 2 GB of data per day in the name of unlimited, you could do much better.

    @airtelindia since yesterday no connectivity available in Ghodbunder Area, Thane,Maharashtra. Earlier commitment was 11:00am today and still no Wi-Fi . It’s very difficult to understand why such network issues and without confirm commitment.

    @airtelindia why have you stopped sending QR codes for esim activation??? Why I have to get to the mess of finding a phone with esim rather than using a Esim Adaptor for cheap???? Whyyy My sim card for stuck in the process of activation in my iPhone and now no one can help!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised a relocation request on 24 Jun it’s 2 Jul and no installation despite repeated promises. An executive sold me a new connection on an alternate number, took payment & activated it, but no installation again. 15+ year customer. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia They are still in mode of "looking up in the matter", instead of solving the issue. Seriously, is this your so-called Priority customer service? I shall gladly throw it away if this is the level of customer support I'm to get after being a loyal customer since years.

    I live very close to an Airtel tower, yet I still face this issue repeatedly. It interrupts my work and is honestly disappointing. I hope you'll look into this and fix it because I'd rather stay with Airtel than switch to another network. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its been more than 24 hours since my wifi connection is affected. Despite repeated follow ups with your customer care, I am not getting any response. All I get is extended TAT messages. Can you please look into this on priority???
