Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've recharged my phone number 9831291478 with an annual plan of almost 3000 rupees & even after that I'm not getting internet connectivity. Airtel's Internet connection is really terrible in our area, please do something ASAP
