    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

    @airtelindia , I’ve reported poor network quality for months with no follow-up. Tickets via the app auto-close without resolution, and no executive has contacted me. Is only Priority support valued? If this continues, I will consider switching to another provider like Jio.

    @airtelindia Paid for a new Wi-Fi connection on 29 May 2026 and was promised installation by 31 May. It's now been over 4 days with no installation and no meaningful update. Support only says it's "escalated to the highest level." Very disappointing service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Horrible. Payment made 10 days ago for which receipt received both in app as well as mail. The mesh still not installed. Made at least 13 calls, no one knows. Always being told that the issue is being escalated for the past 9 days. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This request raised in friday and asked from cancellation on friday itself but still no update regarding refund or whatever atleast cancellation considering this is a Airtel black connection I am excepting some Basic support but here I am not even getting a bsnl level support I already DMed u for the same immediately cancel and process the refund
