    Do you know what's slower than a snail or a Tortoise? It's none other than @airtelindia. It takes 45 days for a refund when you disconnect the service. FU information age and online banking, @airtelindia still deals in cheques and FU COVID because @airtelindia is still in 2012.

    @airtelindia worst service in dth i have ordered dated on 01/07/2021. The sales executive told me 3 days installation period but till on current date i have not received dth box. Worst service

    @airtelindia So much for "we listen". Shocked by the customer support for the xtreme fiber broadband service. It has been more than 48 hours and still no response from the your side. Atleast inform me about the reason for delay so that I manage my work.Techician is ignoring call.

    To lodge a complaint, i called the airtel fibre customer care number, i asked him where i can file a complaint, he asked me the issue, while i was elaborating the issue he hung up the call on me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
