Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

@airtelindia I am not satisfied with your service..Daily mere phone mein se data deduct ho rha hai 1.5 gb mein se kabhi 1.2 gb milta hai kbhi 1 gb... Bhut bar complaint ki hai customer care mein but koi action nai...very poor service

@airtelindia I am sending this msg from jio network. I feel airtel is just saying we are working on no complaints but they are least bother to resolve the issue and also not appeasing the customer for same.
