    It's pitiful how a big company like @airtelindia fails in resolving issues like these. Frequent internet disconnections affect our work and their people in Jammu don't respond to the problems.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI 2) to stick to plan in which he is not interested. Lesson to take: NEVER OPT FOR ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN . THEY TORTURE U TO STICK TO PLAN. Happened twice with me. Jump the ship before it is late. Worse than the hoodlums .

    This is the second time in 3 days that you've asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app without doing anything from your end..the issue is not just with thanks app, I am no longer able to get any gold benefits on wynk or xtream app also.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
