Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

@airtelindia it’s been 3 days I’ve recharged my Xtreme Fiber (Ac no. 20003236616) recharged again today as discussed with executive but not able to use internet. Called many times to customer care and was promised to resolve issue but no solution provided. Kindly see the issue.

These days network is in monopoly. We hardly have a choice for seamless data network usage. It always gets stuck n we can't help complaining but unfortunately a lame response let alone the rectification.. @airtelindia , @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have some shame? charging such a hefty tarrif still such a rubbish service. internet speed is worse than 2G. @TRAI should indulge in curbing the monopoly of all these ISP to provide better services.

@JioCare jio is worst network i can't even use insta... it just buffering and buffering... everyday after 8pm internet speed goes down to 10kb/s !! sorry but now I'm shifting to @airtelindia

@airtelindia Even after recharging with data pack… still unable to use internet service in delhi circle… hate to say that airtel customer no 198 or 121 is so good at dodging actual problem resolution.
