Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

@airtelindia @therealkapildev First Airtel make 4g internet to work properly. Even with repeated complain for more than 2 years. Airtel 4g network does not work in sector 50 Noida. So better not to talk 5g!!!

@airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store
