    @airtelindia such a pathetic service from Airtel.We have a corporate connection and we are following with for 2 months to get an account number wherein we can make the payment of bills and clearly the relationship manager does not care to respond or cares the least about customer

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You have no more that edge, I'll search another network. I see continous dissruptions for last couple of days and no action so far. This is too much. If in a metropolitian city Airtel cannot provide consistent quality then you are nothing.

    @airtelindia closed down my wifi after multiple requests to shift wifi connection and it wasn't done. Also made a request to close it down but that request was also not accepted. Why should i pay the bill now?

    Shoutout to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for the masterclass in shifting deadlines. Midnight outage -> Promised 11:00 AM -> 4:30 PM -> now 10:30 PM. Meanwhile, the router is still flashing a bright red LOS light. Are you guys actually fixing it or just guessing times?

    @Airtel_Presence Why not?? You didn't share any confidential info there? Maybe cos @airtelindia is ashamed to say in public that they still investigating after 18+ months??? Airtels priority is worth ****! Gimme a date by when I can expect a call from you guys.
