Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

@airtelindia Our corporate account with 100+ connections was suspended today on account of non-updation of payment in your system. On top of that your customer care Datta & Kamlakant did not answer our calls. very poor customer service, why we are penalised for your fault.
