Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

Hi @airtelindia I'm very disappointed with your service. I want tax invoice for last two months. None of your service providers could help. Tried thanks app, speaking with the customer executive, etc. Since morning I've been trying to raise a complaint but even that isnt working.
