    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, You keep advertising about reaching zero complaints. I have a complaint. In my locality, net is not available since day before yesterday. I have paid to use the net facility. Please refund the locality paid amount for last two days net charges.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the wifi is sooo bad!! Can't do anything real time with soo much ping spike! Seems it's a loophole. The testing platforms don't survey the hops and PING spikes get ignored. @airtelindia - would like to explore broadband options

    @airtelindia Mobile data completely unusable in Bhubaneswar after that thunderstorm. 5G connectivity dropping frequently and 4G is almost unusable. Can't even register a complaint on Airtel App. Anyone facing similar issues in BBSR @BBSRBuzz ?

    @airtelindia Day 4 and my Airtel Fiber connection in Ongole is still not restored. For four consecutive days, customer care has been repeating the same scripted response: “There is an outage and the team is working on it.” No technician visit, no callback, no ETA#CustomerSupport

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have the WORST customer service ever. Been 6 days of constantly calling and mailing your team - no solution, no satisfactory response and no action taken yet. What a pathetic service. Solve my issue at earliest - A frustrated Airtel DTH user

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can someone from the network team take ownership and provide a concrete resolution timeline? Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase support for a service they are already paying for.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel IPTV service sucks.. I called up 121 three times with ask of moving my 2 DTH to IPTV.. but no response till now. Not sure why

    @airtelindia I have activated 2998 world pack 10 days back and it was for 1 month but now it is not working for internet outside India. I tried to called your customer care but they are not connecting what a worst useless care service. Can you check why it is not working?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please understand I can’t wait 4 u to install your new tower. Connection is damn poor and it is impacting my office work. I will certainly change to @airtelindia which has extremely good network here. I already have 1 Airtel number so thought of taking jio
