    One of worst customer service award 🥇 goes to @airtelindia I have been trying to get connected to human agent on there’s helpline number 198! From last 20 minutes I’m just listening to IVR 😡😡 yeh dabbo vo dabbo Worst service! -1 star

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Unlimited 5G recharge, but my internet stops after my daily data quota is exhausted.After that, 5G doesn't work at all, even though the plan clearly includes Unlimited 5G. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    I purchased the Airtel ₹299 recharge plan, which includes 1.5 GB of data per day, but I am only receiving 1 GB daily. I should be getting 1.5 GB every day,and I also want the 0.5 GB of data that I missed out on since the recharge was done.Customer care not respond @airtelindia

    We raised many complaints.router was replaced, but problem still not fixed. engineer said there was no solution & left without checking properly. Another confirmed problem but he couldn't fix,tried contacting Team Leader,but no response SNo: 10996904415 @airtelindia #poorservice

    @airtelindia I have already disconnected my airtel wifi and dth connection on 29th May 26 but connection not disconnected yet and bill generated why? I have a recording regarding disconnecting with customer care. kindly do need full action otherwise I will go for Justice.
