    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor Network coverage in my Village-Mayurkhola, Via- Mohanpur, PIN-721436, many peoples using airtel network but since one month above we have facing network issue & internet access not possible. Kindly take action immediately.

    Was not expecting this from Airtel. 5G switches to 4G indoors, causing poor speeds. Also, after my daily 4G data is exhausted, unlimited 5G doesn’t work despite having an eligible 5G plan and a 5G phone. Please fix this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic service continues. Not attending to reinstallation for 3 weeks, still charging and sending bills. Vigorously nudging me to go for new connection to count as fresh customer. Existing clients for 20 years are like dogs to @airtelindia

    @airtelbank @airtelindia I'm being charged unnecessarily for the wifi service i disconnected over a month ago ! The chat bot is useless, the email doesn't work either. The call agent won't transfer my call to a human either !!Tf should I do, fix this !! My contact no.-8851843198

    @Airtel_Presence It's been a week with no proper network, calls or internet in my area(nallsopara, dhaniv bhag), but charges continue daily. Please resolve this issue ASAP. @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @DealsDhamaka @airtelindia Even worse if user can get charged. Some thing complimentary means after the offer period ends, customer has nothing to do with that complimentary service. If customer wants, he can purchase it separately.

I've paid two booking amounts, still have no connection, and Airtel isn't even processing the cancellation or refund. This is unacceptable customer service.     Dear @airtelindia , @reliancejio, I was an Airtel customer and ported my number to Jio in November last year. I kept the number active by recharging until January, but after moving to the UAE, I unfortunately missed the subsequent recharges, and the SIM has now been disconnected.

    @TechDekhoji @airtelindia I wish we had more options ! Sick of Airtel and Jio lootin us with pathetic service, on screen it shows 5G but barely get 2G speeds these days
