  @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Airtel has been worst in all matters they started trimming the benefits we used to get from recharge And airtel still hasn't switched to SA meter it's still NSA and raises price as if they are doing some great network

  @airtelindia is there anyway I can talk to human on ur support. Ur chat bot is not able to give me solution and ur store team is very rude and non-supportive. My mom's (age 70 yrs) sim is not working, need to replace, can someone help me. She cannot trave to ur stores.

  @airtelindia @airtel This is beyond frustrating. App, customer care & your HSR Bangalore store have ALL failed to transfer my SIM ownership. Tried removing my father’s add-on 5 TIMES. How is this so difficult? Zero accountability!

  @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Why do plans last only 22, 24, or 28 days? To trick us into paying 14 times a year instead of 12!Forced Internet: Millions of elderly citizens and feature-phone users only need voice calls. Why force them to pay for heavy internet packs they never use?

  Airtel, I already recharged 2 days ago, yet I’m getting recharge SMS, calls and reminders on every call. I even hve a base pack queued. And when daily data ends, your own app won’t work without data to buy a pack. Seriously? Jio is much better in terms of service! @airtelindia

  @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Airtel is so many problems, internet 5G is big fraud. But ,my Airtel number suddenly deactivate (postpaid number) and all my recharge plans are deactivate, next day I will manage and visit Airtel stor , they not helping. Very bad service.
