    @airtelindia such a pathetic service u have no solution for sim replacement for sinior citizens who cannot make it to the store in person. To top it all your store execs and 121 execs are not equipped with empathy or proper etiquette to speak decently for such a query or request.

    @airtelindia very difficult to log complaint in ur system. ur telesystem asks airtel number or so. I don't use ur phone but use broadband. Help me pl to talk to your tele agent. I am calling using my registered mobile number.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia This is same story for me as well, just moved to another operator on Sunday!! Something major wrong with @airtelindia P.S. I am long term customer of Airtel.
