    @airtelindia I don’t know what’s wrong with you. Whenever my recharge is about to expire, you reduce the network speed and I’m unable to use the internet properly. I pay ₹450 per month because I need unlimited data, and you also mention that in your plans. So please fix this

    Very disappointed with Airtel service. After speaking with customer care on 27 May, I received a call from 9101087689 where the advisor abused me with extremely offensive language. This is unacceptable. Strict action should be taken immediately. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your team is calling my wife 5 times a day despite repeated requests to stop. This is becoming mental harassment and causing unnecessary stress. If this continues, I will be forced to file a police complaint for harassment. Please stop these calls immediately.

    Dear @airtelindia, WiFi services in our area have not been working since early morning. We made several calls to the local engineers, but they switched off their phones and are unreachable. This is extremely poor service and very frustrating for customers. @airtelnews
