Hey, @airtelindia you should put your money in better customer care services than marketing I believe. It's been 3 days in a row since my broadband is not working. No revert back on emails since 15 August, poor customer services, and pathetic time management.

@airtelindia It is just few days connection was taken and it is now down for 3 consecutive days. Service request was raised and already shared with the team, the only response is we are working on it, for 2 days.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i accidentally made a recharge of Rs 149 in number 9590459408 whereas the correct number is 9560459408,wasted my two hours trying to get in touch with a customer care executive but all efforts in vain , i never imagined such horrible service
