    @airtelindia The kind of airtel internet services I am experiencing in my home is worst ,my home is situated near town falls under municipality board but still it is more than worst...I will never go for airtel again..u can come and check if possible..I am really really annoyed.

    Spoke to Mukul today and was one the the most arrogant Case Manager I have come across. Switching to Jio. Thank you for not resolving my problem for 3 years and giving arrogant case Managers who asks customers to port out. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @kavinbm

    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence @VittalGopal Worst airtel service, no seriousness. Paying more than 1000 rs monthly from more than 8 year as postpaid customer just need good internet connectivity in my area. No response from 1 month, Ref#9581200658. Stop false promises to customers

    Airtel has such a bad customer service. I had registered for new broadband connection on 4th june and had also paid the full charge but till now no connection has been made and neither the money has been refunded. Extremely disappointed!! @airtelindia

    @airtelindia , there is no way to reach your customers support. Just limited chat options with bot which never address problem. I am having issues with broadband and there is no way to complaint. #badservice
