    @airtelindia The kind of airtel internet services I am experiencing in my home is worst ,my home is situated near town falls under municipality board but still it is more than worst...I will never go for airtel again..u can come and check if possible..I am really really annoyed.

    I cancld my addon services from @airtelindia using app, got a msg after 2 days, that my service has been renewed. I tried calling customer care, ivr on every submenu keep on presenting my current bill details and at end of sub menus of 5-6 levels it asked raise complaint on app

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    I have been facing wifi connection problems for two days whenever i call the customer service they say to wait for 4 hrs. Like seriously? Then add those 4 hrs on our extended recharge!!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Getting pickup scheduled & cancelled messages at the same time from Ekart for Airtel device. No actual pickup attempt done. This is harassment due to poor coordination. Resolve immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
