After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .

Most of the time it’s only 4G,and I even have to climb onto a building to catch a weak 5G signal. Please improve the 5G coverage. The experience doesn’t match the Airtel 5G Plus promise.
