Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .

I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel.
