    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don't know if your customer care reps started making false commitments. If not, plz justify as I was promised call back (check 9 min 30 sec) on 19th May but no call back received. There is no way to attach recording here but I have that with me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been your customer for broadband from 2015. And yet it surprises me how incompetency has won over your work since 2019. I simply want to enjoy a seamless internet connection without any hassle. Is that too much to ask? Am I asking too much?

    Stop using Airtel Payments Bank/Airtel services. While addressing issues regarding Fastag they spit out lies & comes down to no resolution for us. I was denied filing complaint by customer care executive.@airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i had complained and shared a post here on issues faced by me. I am still waiting and nothing has been sorted out bu airtel. I am just surprised to see their attitude towards solving the complaints. I need to port out but they are not letting me!!

    @airtelindia got the bills of Rs 2988/- month and on enquiry found 3 international calls , which never done from handset. Raised to send detail bill at customer care but not received said bills today also. Outgoing bar on said number.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews There is no network literally in the cellphone at Panchmahal District's internal & border villages till now. Are you developing atleast 2G or 3G network there or not? If not, then why are you claiming yourself No. 1 company?

    @airtelindia After the heavy rains in Bangalore yesterday, the Airtel network in our area goes down whenever there is a power outage and only comes back once electricity is restored. Kindly DM me for the location to resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @airtelindia I was charged excess 1000 even when i had international roaming plan active. When checked the details in the bill the number if minutes charged extra does not match with details. None of your agents are able to help me with details and the service request raised gets resolved
